in the time of corona.
these photos were taken with expired i-1 film in an obsolete i-1 camera.
I took another photo with a newer OneStep 2 camera, but actually I like these yucky ones the best.

....and Boo with her enthusiasm gets to run up and get in my face.
**I took some time last night to read what I could on the lives of each of the children and the teachers who died in the Uvalde Texas massacre. several of the news media posted pictures and short stories.
the children were born and lived with families who loved them for the short 10-11 years they were here. I thought it was the least I could do to celebrate their lives. I did the same with the 2 teachers.
it was hard reading and I cried a lot but it was my small way of honoring them and their families.
I would like to think that I'll never have to do this again.
I worry about the survivors. they saw things no one should have to see, and they are just little kids.
NO WARS.
NO KILLINGS.

after the last "no", she sat and stared at me for 5+ minutes.
[since I think marina was never socialized, she has some lapses in her behaviors. it took her a long time to try and follow our instructions. she still is easily confused. but she's come a long long way.
she's the one who tries to tell me about their walkies every night, especially if something special happened. and she tattles when the others are naughty]

Six consecutive images from a pack of 600 film gifted to me by friend. Use before date: September 2003.
I had hoped that I'd get a decent image, I had also hoped to do more with these "failures," but 'Roid Week is quickly drawing to an end.
The first image, upper left, is as it developed out of the camera. The remaining five images were further manipulated by me, by smushing and pushing around the chemicals.
I've got four more pieces of film in the camera and another pack from the same 2 Pack. So if anyone has any ideas as to what I might be able to do, I would love to hear them.
Polaroid Week Fall 2022 Day 6/2
as I weed and prune
I brought out the canvas chair from the greenhouse. in the mornings it holds my flannel shirt when I get too hot, my iced coffee, a thermos of cold water, and a vase full of the flowers I can't bear to toss when I prune off a flowering stalk of something. this shows orange crocrosmia and purple roses.
at night the flowers remain.

This is a artwork by Roman Lokati. It is titled ‘The Chelsea Look’.....
It has been displayed on Sloane Street, London as part of the Kensington and Chelsea Art Week.
I have endeavoured to capture all things beautiful and expensive to reflect Chelsea. Hence the sports car with incumbents and the wheel of a Bentley!😁....
Thanks for visiting.....
