It always cracked me up how the cover story on Men's Health magazine is always 'How to get flat abs!' or 'How to keep flat abs!' or what have you.
Today at the grocery store, I saw 'Women's Health.' On the cover? How to get flat abs.
Nice.
As this grizzly moves along in the afternoon sun he's all business, it was time to take him very seriously and give him plenty of room!

This is part of a project I have for my Photography class. It's film based, but for this assignment we could use something we could relate too, or something we found interesting or unique to process the pictures. Of course, I went right to PS.
These are film pictures overlapped for a double exposure effect.

Someone is starting to chub up a bit after being sick practically all last month. I love baby fat and my first two had plenty to go around, but Aidan has had to work to get that belly :)

CHANG JUE-JIA (Barry)
Winner’s Speech:
Please give me a scale
to measure the insignificance and
solitude of the journey in Iceland...
Retreating from the world of complication to
the land of boundless gray tone,
colors and lines evolved into a state of simplicity as original as Genesis.
No lenses would be wide enough to accommodate the sublimity before my eyes.
The interplay of light and shadow cast floating mystery seducing all passers-by.
They’re always enlightened to capture the sharp contrast beyond their eyes and minds.
Civilization just drew a line of fear at the edge of primitive nature.
“Being the one and only” is the common theme when walking the line between ice and fire:
The only car on the road,
passing through the only gas station;
the only farm house spotted at distant afar,
paying tribute to the only cyclist pressing on silently in rain...
The road carried on and stretched into the endless one and only,
waiting for another turn.
I entitled the series of photos under the theme “ONE”, hoping to use as little words as possible
in order to leave rooms for different interpretation from the viewers’ mindscape. I’m sure the essence I captured
will be shared in your own stories.
