The 8th Annual Bra Run 08 September 2013. A Motorcycle run for Charity raising funds for the St. Peters Hospice, Bristol (www.stpetershospice.org.uk/).
The event started From the Bridgwater at the Albion Rugby Football Club, taking a route to Wells Via Street and Glastonbury,
then heading to Wedmore and Chedder George. After a short stop onwards to Burrington Combe via the Mendips and then headed
back to Bridgwater to the original start point. All riders donated £10 to take part.
Copies of the images can be ordered for a donation of £5 per image, via e-mail quoting the photo(s) reference ie date and image number to "bikenightphotos@btinternet.com".

list of rational numbers In terms of mathematics, we can define rational number as the ratio of two integer numbers in the form of a / b such that b is not equal to the zero. Means a and b both are integer number and the denominator can never be equal to the zero. Now, it is possible that denominator is equal to integer like 1 then we can say that each integer is also a rational number. Rational numbers are denoted by a set of numbers and we use ‘R’ as symbol to represent the rational numbers. which normally denotes all the rational numbers. For example, we can give a list of rational numbers as: 2 / 3, 4 / 3, 6 / 7, 3, 2 / 5, 45 / 56, 1 / 5, 4 / 9 etc.. are the number of rational numbers, because there are the following conditions of the rational number, means numerator and denominator both are integers and denominator is not equal to the zero. All the set of rational numbers are countable and is ratio integers.
I know it means little but none-the-less watching 'view' numbers amuses and intrigues me. Why is it that some relatively uninteresting photo gets no views for months on end and then suddenly in one day gets 9, before disappearing off the radar the next day? What does a view mean? Has someone actually looked at your photo or is it just one of hundreds that google pulled in response to someone's google image search? Does it really mean someone stopped for a second or two and studied the picture before them? Did they download it?
After all every photo is unique, a moment in time captured in one place, never to be the same again. In that respect every photo can be interesting, but worthy of a 'view'? I doubt it.
A quick shot that was meant for "Our Daily Challenge" on the theme "Numbers". I decided to shoot a new one in the evening.

still collecting numbers from 1 to 100. the link to the album is in the first comment box. this number started life as part of a larger number on a new-fangled UPC label, which may explain why it looks a bit raggedy when enlarged.... am now done up to, and including, 37 :)

The New England Holocaust Memorial was built to foster memory of and reflection on one of the great tragedies of our time, the Holocaust (Shoah). The effort was begun by a group of survivors of Nazi concentration camps who have found new homes and new lives in the Boston area. Dedicated in October, 1995, over 3000 individuals and organizations from across the community joined in sponsoring the project.

The Goonyella railway system is located in Central Queensland, Australia. It services the coal mining area of the Bowen Basin, carrying coal to the Hay Point and Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminals 20 km southeast of Mackay, as well as products to other destinations by way of connections to the North Coast Line at Yukan and the Central Line at Burngrove via the Gregory coal mine branch. It is also connected to the coal loading terminal at Abbot Point (20 km northwest of Bowen) by the GAP line. The line opened on 5 November 1971 and runs for 477 kilometres. The Goonyella system is narrow gauge 1,067 mm (3 ft 6 in) and electrified using 25 kV 50 Hz.[3] The line has been duplicated from Hay Point to Wotonga (174 km) and features CTC signalling over the entire system.
Mines
The Goonyella Coal Chain services 25 mines, carrying coal from BHP Mitsubishi Alliance, Anglo Coal, Bravus Mining & Resources, Macarthur Coal, Peabody Energy Australia, Xstrata and ANCI. The system currently operates under a demand-pull model, with rail haulages being designated by the ports, and the shipping system.
The rail line transports coal from the German Creek coal mine, Foxleigh coal mine, Norwich Park coal mine, Lake Vermont Mine, Saraji coal mine, Peak Downs Mine, Millennium Mine, Poitrel Mine, Moorvale Mine, Burton Downs Mine, Carborough Downs Mine, Issac Plains Mine, Moranbah North coal mine, Goonyella Riverside Mine, Hail Creek coal mine, Clermont Mine, Riverside Mine, North Goonyella coal mine, South Walker Creek coal mine, and Blair Athol coal mine.
