My "Keep On Dreaming" quilt is based on a musical inspiration for the Project Quilting Challenge Number Two. Keep On Dreaming is my brother's song and I posted the song on Tuesday. When I first listened to the song I said to him, "That would be a great song to quilt!" --- I wasn't exactly sure what I meant... I guess it was the way the song flowed. I love to sing it while I am quilting.
I stitched some words from the lyrics - Keep on Dreaming in the white squares. I was planning to place the stars exactly in the center of the hearts, but as I placed them on the hearts they looked so cool off center. Long wavy stitching lines on the center blue area. I wiggle line stitched on the hearts
and stitched swirls in the background of the star fabric.

I am giving this wall hanging to my brother, Mark to hang in his music studio. He has already chose a place for it.

This is the cosy little holiday cottage we rented...Number 7, Wye Rapids Cottage, Symonds Yat West, Monmouthshire.
Perfectly located overlooking the Wye. Just opposite the well known Saracens Head where the Rope Ferry is. From the door we could walk straight onto the river trails and walk and walk and walk. The cottage is pet friendly with a courtyard at the back and wood burning stove...a home from home...but tidier!

This is my 2,000th picture uploaded to flickr (both public and private combined.) Hard to believe i've been on here just about a year and a half. Anyway, I was looking for something to photograph for my 2,000th picture and looked over and noticed that the car next to me had this emblem. What are the chances of that happening?
