Nov '09 I had a real close session with "Number 6". You can easily see the two rows of 3 dots on the left side of his head, like a dice, which gave him his name.

Ian is number 32 in my 100 strangers project. I met him at Finchingfield, Essex. He had just won a race for charity with an army colleague of his. He was happy to pose for me when I told him about my project. He told me that he was working at a new centre in Colchester that has just been built to provide rehabilitation for injured soldiers.

-Subject: flower.
-Compositional tool: filling the frame.
-What is and should be in focus: the center of the flower and it should be the center of the flower.
-First thing that catches your eye: the veins in the flower.
-What makes this photo one of your top 3 : It is unique in colour and perspective.
-What I did well in this photo: I did a good job focusing the camera on my object.
-One thing I could improve: I could have made sure the last pedal was in focus.
