Inlaid type in wood panelling on Essex Road. Not a particularly interesting (nor London-specific) rendering of the number, but I do like the typeface and the lines. Also, I wanted to get London Sequential moving again.
Ok guys.....putting myself out there and feeling vulnerable. I have decided I need a change in my health and fitness. I will be doing a series of photos, now and then at 30 days and at 60 days and then at 90 days. Hopefully I can make a serious change and feel better about myself. Sticking to my plan will be a challenge, a change of habits and lifestyle. So bear with me!

(1) ... You can tell by facial expression and body language when it is time to immediately change your position on whatever topic is the subject of the communication.
Reason for the change. The subject of the communication is going to burn into an avalanche of changes. You will not be able to keep up with the changes. Change to a position that will give you a slow but safe retreat. Try to live and be able to fight another battle later on. I has yet to be proven that the war can be won, but your own longevity on this earth may be enhanced.

Numbered ell stones (Swedish: Alnstenar) are erected along Göta Kanal with a distance of a thousand ells (Swedish: alnar) between each of them (a Swedish ell is about 59.4 cm). In the 19th century the stones were used to measure how far the ships were pulled by oxes which decided the toll fee to the ship-pulling men.
