Journal „Castle” from collection „Diary of Princess” - my interpretation on, how those diaries can look like these days.
This journal may serve as
- a diary
- a sketchbook
- a notebook
- a „good wishes” book (e.g. for newborn, on birthday party etc.)
- a guest book etc.
Measurements and materials:
Size A5 ( 21.5 x 15.5 cm), 2.8 cm thick, hardcover.
Includes 85 sheets of semi-dense white drawing paper. May be used as well for writing a as for drawing or sketching.
Upper cover is wrapped with semi-linen fabric, back cover is rapped with white handicraft paper. Bound with brown cotton cord, one end of which can be used also as a bookmark. It is a great pleasure to hold this book in hands and write in it.

I wanted a notebook with regular paged plus the columner pages that I use for shop records. I ordered the Ring Ring system off of JoAnns.com. This is my first creation.
This notebook is made from felt and was hand embroidered from a pattern drawn by myself.

All 6 sheets of "Indoor Fireworks" 1966 children's play with black and white illustrations about Guy Fawkes, fireworks and bonfire night are hand stitched together with 1960s white ruled paper from English exercise books. Happy Bonfire Night!

I made this notebook as a present for my eldest daughter's first grade teacher. The notebook holds drawings and greetings from all the kids in her class. I used the Bind-It-All tool to bind all the materials and the cover together using a spiral binding.
