This the notebook I use for my "Original wip"
I'm no artist, but for some reason I really wanted to paint it.
So I mod podged on blue construction paper and made some stencils.
Thought about jazzing it up....but I was afraid of ruining it, which happens about half the time I try to fix something that doesn't need fixing.😋

I'm a journal/notebook junkie. Most of these are Moleskines because I love 'em! This group contains the better ones - not including the spiral bound notebooks.
A travelers's notebook I made using veg tanned leather (a meaningful process for me) which has become my companion...doodling is one thing I sometimes do in order to cope and survive. I love how the leather cover for my small sketchbooks takes on unique character as I use it.
“All the noise in my brain. I clamp it to the page so it will be still.” -Barbara Kingsolver
Similar to hummingbirds almost always being on the move when awake, my brain tends to be quite active. I have found it helps tremendously to get some thoughts that won’t quiet down on paper. It’s rare that I don’t have a notebook with me and I plan on always having one as a companion.
Notebook from Land & She, bandana from Wayfaring Wolves (Etsy).
I bought a couple more kits to play with, this one was notebooks & folders with lined paper. Not too hard to put together, but there's a lot of cutting. The two model planes were also part of the kit, but I don't know why LOL. Anyway, I put them together too. The kit is 1:12 scale, but I think it can easily work for 1:6 also.
Today's entry in my lomo notebook.
I love these days when my mailbox is full of letters.
Dia de ficar na cama vendo desenho.
(Mentira, eu também fui socializar com os amigos de noite, hehe)
What do you do when you've lovingly designed your wedding invitations and had them printed on 100% recycled card using vegetable oil based inks and then the printer delivers 1,200 instead of 200 rendering them not very eco-friendly?
Well... you buy in lots of blank recycled paper and recycle the invitations into covers for lovely little hand bound notebooks.
There are just 150 of these notebooks available and when they're gone, they're gone.
Check out my profile for an Etsy link where you can buy these little lovelies.
Christmas gift for my daughter's friend. Sort of a last minute thing. I roughly used this tutorial at One Red Robin, but recreated the measurements around a notebook I already had.
