Kitty report: Emma has grown quite comfortable in her new home, and now has three big brothers to guide her. She's definitely a 'keeper'... :)
I mowed through the leaves so we would have a path to the back of the yard, where I pile all the limbs and yard debris that I collect all year. It's become a tradition of sorts to burn the pile as a bonfire every Christmas. It burns fast and not too long, but adds a nice finish to the day... :)

While on my tummy trying to shoot some tiny wildflowers, this fellow and a few of his friends showed up in the viewfinder. I had to stop and look up, where I found this strangely colored little group of plants that seemed dead because of the faint yellow color of the whole plants.
No idea what they are, or if this is normal or not.

It's been a prolific year for fungi in my yard with all the rain we've had. This one was particularly interesting as it lasted for multiple weeks. I wish I'd gotten a clearer shot of it before it was gone, but at least I documented it.
I'll come back and ID it later, if I can.
There's another version of this that has the parking lot completely painted blue and the actual sky not in the frame, but with a lone figure in the distance. Not able to locate it yet...

This artwork, made by JS in 2015, framed a very happy moment of our Artist's Collective. It was made to ideally depict the entwinned/interwoven brotherhood among bro Jacob Sibbern (left, visible becos he is 1.83 mt tall, lol, sis WhiteAngel on the right as 1.73 mt,and bro Stefano Wolf,the tallest in the centre as 1.96 mt). Jacob painted it during his first months when he moved to Italy before definitelly relocating himself here in 2016.
