Another photo of...wait for it...Bruin Lake! I didn't mention it before, but Bruin Lake is a horse shoe lake formed when it separated from the Mississippi River. In other words, it used to be a part of the river.
Just so's you'll know... :)
I was peacefully strolling through the temples of Lhasa to admire the sunrise when I spotted this monk having breakfast and discreetly took this photo, offering him croissants in exchange. A precious moment.
Yeah, I'm still rooting through all the shots I took at Lake Bruin. I guess I need to get out more, eh...
Due to the high heat and humidity, I haven't been out walking the trails in a while. Also, due to the bugs...yeah, mainly the bugs...(:o

fried eggplant rounds and Louisiana tomato topped with herbed ricotta, prosciutto, and tarragon - prepared by my sister and I, with major contributions from my wife, as part of a Mother's Day meal this year
Lacking anything better to post, this is from back in February, when it wasn't so hot that you had to wear swimming trunks to go out...

abendliche Gassirunde mit Frisbeewerfen und Bilder machen ..... es gibt wesentlich unangenehmere Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für die Abendstunden an einem sonnigen Frühlingstag ;)
I've been too busy this week to take any Furry Friday pics, so I thought maybe this one of a friend of mine might do!!!........*+^
