While attempting to sleep at the Rutland Amtrak station, we were notified of a nearby train as it blasted through crossings in the dead, silent night. Quickly setting up the flashes, we only had to wait a few minutes before the train slid past us and rain began to drench the scene.
....42 degrees Fahrenheit earlier and this North American Eastern Garter Snake was too cold to move itself.

A family of foxes are sharing this badger sett.
Update - 29th May: the badgers have moved to another sett, or at least another part of it, out of view. I did see some squabbling between the badgers and the foxes, but I've read that it's normal, for badgers to move around their setts, which are often much larger than we might think.

Wish I brought my new camera out during storm. Used my Sony rx100. Saw this guy from a distance and he was a man on a mission, so only had time for one shot at full tele (went into digital I think) Next time I take out my new camera and tele zoom with plastic cover. I like this photo. We got about two feet of snow. Was a bona fide Blizzard. Felt like Nanook of The North out there.
Finally the grounded/stored Boeing 777-300ER of Jet Airways moved a fair amount. This 14 year old aircraft was impounded in April 2019 at Schiphol Airport for unpaid fees to a cargo handler.
My new Made to Move Yoga dolls arrived today! As promised I have taken some photos and did a few comparison shots for skintone comparison. As you can see, the Curvy doll has a pale skin tone . Although some thought the new Barbie would be a good match for pale, she is not that close. While she is a little paler than Pink Top, she is closer to her than to Lea. The AA is pretty close to the same skintone as the AA Rock Climber. She is not a good match for Zig Zag,
I don’t know what it is with me and naked dudes… but I seem to attract them with my camera. I showed up way before sunrise on this morning to get a head start on composing my shot of Red Sand Beach in Hana. After being in this very dark canyon/crater, the sun started to light up the night sky and I was almost ready to put the flashlight away. As I turned around to move into another composition, I noticed that 2 girls had sat down on the beach behind me to watch the sun rise. Early birds like me :-)
That’s when he emerged from the bushes. Yes, from the bushes… wearing nothing. And I mean nothing. There he was, this dark skinned guy, with dreads for days, and his donger parked right in front of these two girls…
I’m not gonna lie, it was weird. He basically stood in front of them for about 2 minutes, just looking around, and then proceeded to wade into the ocean, to begin bathing himself…
This is too much for me to worry about, the sun is coming up and I am not gonna miss it. And I didn’t. It was a decent morning. As I began packing up, the two girls were gone, and my new found friend wanted me to take his picture. “Nope” was my reply. Not interested.
I shook my head and walked away with some great shots :-)

The TOL T414, sold here as Move Vigorous, is an electric moped with three wheels and a body. These are quite popular for resturant delevery services as they can be parked on the pavement, even in the city centre.
Move it move it move it, harder faster stronger, like with anything in life if you want it then work for it, a break from the Pier revealed these 2 working hard. Love a bit of street photography.
