當天在醉的魂飛魄散之時
還來了這一道Savarin
鬆軟的海綿蛋糕上桌後
侍者會拿來兩瓶Armagnac白蘭地
讓你選擇後
漂亮地往蛋糕淋上
好像裹了糖漿似的
最後再補上一匙鮮奶油
肯定超好吃
只是當時醉的再吃一口吸滿白蘭地的蛋糕只覺更為暈眩然後我好怕我吐的一桌
沒能好好品嚐真是失策
連侍者拿的兩瓶Armagnac有什麼差別也沒問Hank就直接選了
完全看外表來選擇
再說兩瓶外表基本上是差不多的

Fricassee of Main Lobster, Veal Sweetbreads and Black Truffles
Crispy rye bread and apple-celery root purree
... instead, Karen requested that they remove or substitute it. I said I still wanted my dish as it was described. The waiter did not seem super pleased but seeing as how it was Spago's, he was very polite. He came back and said what they'd do is replace BOTH dishes, so we got this instead.
