I took this picture from way over on the left at Inspiration Point. If you look carefully you will notice the limited mist from the featured Middle Falls merging with the always-wide mist from the Upper Falls which can't be seen in this picture.

A detail at the second cascade at Breakwater Falls. I like the contrasts in tone, movement and texture. Especially that tiny plant clinging to a rock in the middle.
A shot from last Friday morning ,It was a dropping tide so I was able to take advantage of the exposed wet sand for some reflections.
I pass by this spot a few times a week and always wonder if it's possible to get everything I want into one single shot. I'm quite satisfied with the results, even if theres some space for improvement. I got some more similar shots that I will upload as soon as I find the time (and it takes a lot of it) to process them.
I took many 30s exposure shots and merged them together using layers in Photoshop. Maybe I should have tried taking one single shot with an exposure time of 2 or 3 minutes, but maybe I'll do that next time ;)
In the background you can see the snowy Feldberg, which is the highest mountain of the Black Forest.

Steindalsbreen (Steindalen glacier), Lyngen, Norway, at not optimal solar angle and some passing clouds. The front of the glacier has retreated about 100 in a decade.

From different places and species they came here and waited for the water to rise and the next stage of the journey.

Located just north of Ioco about 30 kilometres (km) from Vancouver, Buntzen Lake is a BC Hydro reservoir that's 4.8 km long and covers an area of 182 hectares.
Buntzen Lake was the first hydroelectric generating station in B.C. to provide power to the Lower Mainland. Before being put into service in 1904, the area was dependent on a steam plant for power supply. Two powerhouses once operated in the region with one being decommissioned in the early 2000s. Today, Buntzen No.2 continues to operate with a capacity of 55,000 kW of power.
Formerly known as Lake Beautiful, the lake is named for the first general manager of B.C. Electric Co., Johannes Buntzen.
