The steak came with friends. Mushrooms on top with some butter, green beans, cream corn and mashed potatoes.
I was a bit too ambitious with the portions and was easily beaten by dinner tonight. Just looking at the picture makes my belt start to fray at the buckle.

Lots of juicing and I made some simple mashed potatoes to bring to work. I have found that healthy eating starts with the choices you make while shopping. Also, for me, if I can prepare for the week on Sunday, I will eat much better during the week.

I'm sort of in a mood tonight. Kind of tired, kind of grumpy, kind of meh. Didn't feel much like taking a photo nor putting much effort into dinner. So, it's a rather bland photo of leftover meatloaf and mashed potatoes. The food totally isn't styled, but it's pretty damn good (all homemade, of course). And, yes, that is the built-in flash of my D600 set to full auto. I didn't even change the exposure settings from when I last used the camera.
