ENGLISH CAPTION: "The night photographer" The good thing about shooting pictures with other people, is that often you have the opportunity to add an extra "ingredient" to your images. This photo is a nice example of this, and was captured during a night shooting with the Grupo Creativo Creativo at El Destino Natural Reserve, located at the shore of the La Plata River in Magdalena County (Buenos Aires Province, Argentina).

Day off today so pictures !! Stroll along the Isere this morning to do some long exposures and especially test a technique that I never used : DRI ! The results are really cool, much more realistic than the HDR for example, that my first two tests, so one can indulge in lol :) I want to do a publicity stunt to my friend David that I really learned about this technique, check out his gallery really worth a look ! :)

Stargate : Rabbit of the stars // #5 A new planet...
Following their reunion, our two heroes realize that their stock of food decreases day by day. A few hours later, and thanks to their teleporter range, here on a planet where plants and animals seem to overflowing.. On their guard, they move to find food..

ENGLISH CAPTION: "Requiem Æternam" Almost every day for nearly five months, I traveled through a dusty track that took me to the Sierra Inesperada, a mountain range in the Atacama Desert where I was working (Second Region, Chile). Each one of those days, I watched a solitary wooden cross, of about 2 meters in high, standing just a few meters away from the road, like if someone would abandoned it a long time ago in the middle of the plains were we were traveling.
Finally, one day I grabbed my camera, tripod and a flashlight, and late on the afternoon I went there to see what it was. Upon my arrival I found four tombs made of loose stones, whose size seemed to correspond to two adults and two children, perhaps one of the families who lived in the area to early 1900s, when the economy of the area was driven by the artisanal mining industry, however there was no tombstone or legends giving any clues about who they were.
I set the camera to capture the sunset over the mountains, thinking about the countless sunrises and sunsets that went over their place of eternal rest...

ENGLISH CAPTION: "A night at the castle" The Buenos Aires Province (Argentina) has many beautiful and little-known places that seem to transport us to a fairytale... This is the case of castle of the La Candelaria ranch, which was designed and built in 1894 by the french architect French Alberto Favre on the outskirts of the city of Lobos.
This castle now functions as a touristic ranch and luxury hotel, so you can stay overnight in one of their sumptuous rooms, or spend the day around its extensive gardens and perhaps do some horseback riding.
On this night shot you can see the beautiful architecture of this french style castle under the moonlight.

ENGLISH CAPTION: "Twilight" The dead trees at the shore of the Epecuén Lake are silhouetted against the last lights of the dusk. The Epecuén Lake is a hypersaline water body located in western Buenos Aires Province (Argentina). This lagoon has a salinity ten times higher than the sea water, something comparable with the Dead Sea waters, making it one of the saltiest water bodies of Argentina and the world. By a series of human errors, during the early 1980s the lagoon waters rose more than 10 meters above its historical level, resulting in the flooding of the cemetery and the waterfront of the Carhué city and the total flooding of Epecuén Touristic Village, which was completely submerged under water for nearly 25 years.
