Ce matin petit shooting dans ma cave pour rendre hommage à un ami à moi et à sa galerie HDR de dingue et aussi pour tester HDR efex pro de nik sotware, le résultat est vraiment terrible pour le logiciel, trés simple à prendre en main et plein d'options trés sympas, pour la photo je ne suis pas un spécialiste du HDR.. alors je vous laisse juges :)

This morning little shoot in my cellar to honor a friend of mine and his crazy HDR gallery and also to test the nik software : hdr Efex Pro, the result is really terrible for the software, very easy to handle and full very nice options for the picture I am not a specialist HDR.. so I'll let you judge :)

Stargate : Rabbit of the stars // #2 The mission begins

Aprés avoir pris place dans son vaisseau spatial, notre hero quitte sa

planète à la recherche d'un nouvel endroit pour les siens. En effet, sa

planete était sans cesse sous la menace des Grogs, Lapins ennemis

peuplant une planete voisine et voulant reigner sur la Terre en tyrans..!

A peine fut-il parti, qu'il vit avec effroit depuis son vaisseau, la

destruction d'une des planetes sattelites à la Terre, à sa Terre, où

était entreposés les réserves de nourriture de celle-ci.. Surement l'oeuvre des Grogs..

Il compris alors que la menace grandissait et qu'il fallait agir au plus

vite.

After having taken place in his spaceship, our hero leaves his

world looking for a new place for his family. Indeed, his

planet was constantly under the threat of Grog, Rabbits enemies

inhabiting a nearby planet and wanting Reigner tyrants on Earth..!

No sooner was he gone, he lives with his ship effroit since the

destruction of Satellites of the planets to the Earth at its Earth, where

was stored food reserves of it.. Probably the work of Grogs..

He understood then that the threat grew and the need for action at

quickly.

This is the setup I currently use for most of my panorama shots. It includes the following:

+ Canon EOS 6D. An affordable (and my first) digital full-frame body. Here shown without the battery grip, as it the Manfrotto 303SPH does not extend far enough for me to use the grip in order to setup the nodal center point correctly.

+ Canon EF 17-40 f/4L. The widest lens I own. This allows me to capture for as far as I can.

+ Manfrotto 303SPH pano head. For a cool 670 USD, this baby certainly does not come cheap for a slab of metals, but after wrangling with parallax I made the plunge to buy it. I have now shot several scenes both with and without the panoramic head and you can see that it does make a huge difference. It is quite heavy though.

+ Manfrotto 190XPROB tripod. This is a versatile tripod with an easily rotatable center-column which is nothing short of genius. It replaces the 3021BPro tripod which I previously own.

+ Canon TC-80N3. My remote release. You do need this to minimize vibration. A lot of my photos shot in crowdy areas are somewhat long-exposures. Longer exposure renders moving objects as a blur, and thus hides the identity of people, so if I choose to publish it I will not need to get model release from every single one.
