We have to admire the slackers’ thinking behind the “4 happy breakfast ideas”, especially the suggestion on the top left that isn’t really an “idea” at all, but amounts to dumping some bananas in a bowl.

Chef Boy-Ar-Dee Italian Food Festival - For Americans in 1962, nothing said ‘Italian cuisine’ like Chef Boy Ar Dee products (the actual chef was Ettore Boiardi, the Jon Bon Jovi of his time). Note primitive pizza.

  

Blue Ribbon Tea On The Rocks - In some ways, the Fifties must have been really boring. Proclaiming that Blue Ribbon Red Label Tea Bags are ‘full weight’ is a selling point from a more bland era. Yawn. Poor old Canada even had to be instructed how to make iced tea.
