Velveeta Cheese Strata - Shelf Life is fascinated by this fact: two ounces of Velveeta provides 3 times as much phosphorus as an 8 oz. glass of milk. Phosphorus - who knew?

Opening spread for a story with 11 date suggestions. Visually played with the story concept by having ALL 11 dates showing up at once. Special thanks go out to model/actress, Kimberly Leemans, who actually provided the 11 dates as only she could.

Opening spread for a story about the people who control water in the state of Florida. Their offices wouldn't agree to a photo shoot and would only provide us with standard Sears portrait style PR shots. We used them to create this Sopranos inspired group shot.

Carnation Milk: Here Again .. That Carnation Velvet Blend - Tuna in evaporated milk, plopped in noodle nests. Eat with a spoon, or with the fingers, or just deposit on tree branch and run away?
Cheez Whiz ‘Em: Turn Vegetables Into A Treat - The hot messes continue – with piping Cheez Whiz over onions. We notice that Mom doesn’t seem to be in the picture; perhaps she turned herself in to the local food authorities.

Campbell’s Tomato Soup - Fire the food stylist! - Because at first glance we shouldn’t think ‘Purina’ …

Kraft Was On The Table - In this ad from a 1971 issue of Seventeen magazine, nothing says France like Kraft products, eg. marshmallows, salad dressing, and cheese. Note kooky, unthreatening hippie kids and modern art spoof.
This ad is going on our next Christmas card. Plus: There are few sentences in the world better than ‘Shape with buttered hands into Clown Pops, Snowmen, Toy Animals, and other ‘Merry Treats’ shown above.’

Deliciously Dressed Salads: Ann Page Mayonnaise at A&P – Look out – the mayonnaise has gone rogue!! Not content with lurking in every layer of this ‘glamorous’ and ‘taste-thrilling’ miniature sandwich loaf, the A&P mayo has run amok and coated every square inch of bread. Awesome overkill.
