Balade dans le Tarn (81) à Burlats, au bord de l'Agout. Le mois de mars se fait bien sentir, et les bordures boisées de la rivière fleurissent.. Ça fait du bien ces couleurs !

found similar images suggesting either 4th and 5th instar and i'm going to guess oncometopia orbona based on that being the only mature sharpshooters that i've noticed around

 

interesting how this stage has whiskers while the adults do not...

A beautiful surprise in the garden today! This magnificent Flower Crab Spider waiting to catch prey inside a tulip.

Proudly poses over their domains. This nocturnal butterfly does not care that we invade it, it only wants to share the space.

It's too hot and damp here.

I miss the spring...
