Most of my pictures are taken in and around the city of Molde, in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway.
This one was taken at the Rose Garden on roof of Molde Town Hall.
A rose is a woody perennial flowering plant of the genus Rosa, in the family Rosaceae, or the flower it bears. There are over a hundred species and thousands of cultivars.
They form a group of plants that can be erect shrubs, climbing or trailing with stems that are often armed with sharp prickles. Flowers vary in size and shape and are usually large and showy, in colours ranging from white through yellows and reds.

i am drawn to this shot - didn't have to do much out of the camera and it just clicked and intrigued - pushes some buttons - mood shot, maybe, dream-like & surreal...
Sometimes when I shot a flower, I am like "I am catching her intimacy" and feel a little bit voyeur.
Why? Because when you are looking at them very close, you can understand their way to reproduce, and these delicate and beautiful parts of them who are use to.
It's a very intimate relation you had with nature.
But the most important feeling is the amazement : by beauty, by simplicity, by grace...
