Hi everyone!

Finally posting on a descent time. Today a macro shot as the main idea for today's photo was no possible to complete but probably it will be done soon, anyways, here my photo of the day, using my 18-55mm and the 3 macro extension rings.

The feathers are the ones used in the photo of I did for Saint Valentin on my 365 in 2011, you can see the photo in the comments.

Hi everyone!

An easy macro shot today, with just two question, do you think it is frozen? and what do you think it is?

I do no want to write more, I don't feel very well today and that sucks, specially because now I am officially in holidays and i got the appearance of getting sick just some hours ago, ffffff'ck!

So, I will go to bed now, have a great Saturday night you all!

Peace!

Well, what to say about a dead wasp, hmmm... yes it's dead, but looks cute doesn't it?

Found it on one of my cactus in my kitchen, and well, I make it pose for the photo :D, yes I will go to hell for that, well I will go to hell anyways :P

Good night :), and see you in hell!

This is the second of a set of make-up photography I did with Becky. The first time I've ever tried lit, model photography and the first time I've ever used off-camera flash aside from one tester at the weekend.

All these shots were taken in an ad-hoc studio in a small kitchen with a low ceiling and cream walls.

Playing with the macro extension tubes this morning at the office, not a very focused shot, doing a fast selective color processing in GIMP and here is the result...

I don't use to drink coffee but I was all time thinking on doing this shot, so today I went to the kitchen, filled my coffee cup and started to take pictures :D

Have a great day you all!

I'm sitting in the dark due to a power blackout in my neighbourhood, so I'm extremely thankful for mobile broadband and computers that run on battery power :-)

I'm still not feeling well, so I'll go to bed soon and catch up some other time...

Thanks for the visit ;-)

Shot with the nifty-fifty and the full set of macro extension tubes. The needles are 1.5 cm long, including the head. A slight bit of cropping has been done (perhaps 3-4 %).

Shot after manually setting the nifty-fifty to f13. That is the boring thing about these tubes, no electricity...

Hi everyone!

Don't ask me why, it just happen as I was framing the photos I just got today, how? well with the rest of the metallic string from one of the frames I did the loop you see there, then I took my macro extension rings and did one shot but somehow it was kind of empty, then I saw the coins (of of them is the one of my past macro photo), then I did a pause to do the dishes and well, then I took the liquid soap and here is you have the result...

Well, now I have to continue putting here all in order before going to sleep, good night you all!

Flower Shadow - Sony A7S II, Ilex Achromatic Lens, Fotodiox Sony E-mount Macro Extension Tube.

This is the inside of an old pocketwatch that does not work anymore.

I have taken another shot of it before. Will link it soon.

Trying out a 16mm macro extension tube for Sony E-mount.

My church has a tradition at our annual church picnic where a guy runs around in a candy covered jumpsuit and kids chase him and tear off the candy. It's a weird tradition but I remember how much fun it was when I was a kid, and I'm happy that we've kept it going all of these years later. I captured the running of the candy man this year with my homemade magnifying glass lens.
