in Eagan-the mini tart-like pecan pies and the fruit tarts look amazing too-We had breakfast at The Mason Jar but it was curtained off so we were actually dining in Cupcake. I don't usually order pancakes but it is served with fruit and that sounded good-but I had to order three pancakes (not just one) in order to get the fruit-so I got a huge pile (3) of pancakes and 13 blueberries. Dennis had the breakfast sandwich on a croissant served with Rosemary potatoes and he was very happy with it.
