In my pursuit of Mindfulness I make a lot of use of making and using Mandalas. I will be sharing these on here. I start with a drawing of Black and White and then use colouring them in combinations of colours that aid calm.
I am happy to supply people with a desire to colour the monochrome Mandalas for you to colour in a range of colour combinations. To request any Monochrome Mandalas to work with just contact me on my Portfolio Website Contact Page :-

ALL.

This is in-progress work by Tibetan Monks from Gaden Shatze Monastery in India. It is the mandala of Compassion of Avalokeitsvara.
One of the things portrrayed here are the 4 elements, represented in the doorways to the temple. Clockwise from bottom, Fire, Water, Air & Earth.
For Our Daily Challenge topic - 'The 4 Elements'
The term mandala (circles) is found in various cultures, including the Buddhist, while the Hindu compound is the yantra (literal instrument). In Buddhist practice, at the end of the work, after a certain period of time, mandala is simply "destroyed", sweeping away the sand it is composed of. This gesture wants to remember the fall of things and the rebirth
to find a center
to walk along a line
to draw a spiral
to go far away
and turn back again
