i had fun at the video store looking for this movie to take this photo. i thought about it all morning and i'm happy with how it turned out. it was also funny to see the guys face in the store when we left emptyhanded. "are you ready to check out?" ~ "oh no, " i said, "i just came to take a photo. thanks!"

For a typical Bangladeshi girl, marriage is the initiation of a new odyssey.
It is a tradition for a Bangladeshi bride, to watch the bridegroom (and vice versa) through the looking glass in a typical marriage ceremony. Usually they become shy during the occasion. So, by this custom, one can get a quick glimpse of the person s/he's going to across the journey with. This tradition is called 'Rusmat'.

Not everyone you come across in your life, is meant to stay till last and stamp their own story in your life, but only a short chapter, consisting of many interesting lessons, and little short stories cherished with love and happiness.
Life is beautiful, when you have a beautiful mind.
Life IS Beautiful 2015 in Las Vegas. Artists use the vacant buildings downtown to showcase their amazing talent. From vivid colors to muted tans and browns, each wall reflected that artists talent and vision.

The forecast has been announcing a warm, sunny weekend, and so far the Sunday morning did not disappoint. After a delicious breakfast I picked up some fresh strawberries and enjoyed a fresh shake on the balcony. Here's to beautiful mornings!

We celebrate light in our pictures. Understanding how light interacts with the camera is paramount to the work we do. The temperature, intensity and source of light can wield different photography effect on the same subject or scene; add ISO, aperture and speed, the camera, the lens type, focal length and filters…the combination is varied and multi-layered and if you know how to use them all, you will come to appreciate that all lights are useful, even those surrounded by a lot of darkness.
We are guided by three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, our longing to capture in print, that which is beautiful, the constant search for the one picture, and constant barrage of new equipment and style of photography. These passions, like great winds, have blown us across the globe in search of the one and we do understand the one we do look for might be this picture right here for someone else out there.
