Camperdown Cemetery is an historic cemetery located on Church Street in Newtown, an inner-city suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The cemetery was founded in 1848 and was for twenty years the main general cemetery for Sydney, with the total number of burials being about 18,000. The latest repair I've had saved the life of my mainstay laptop! It was to replace the vital port that charges the laptop's battery. I saved the broken part as it looked so small and innocent, but completely destroyed the ability of the laptop to function! I hope that this counts as a repair …

I love a theme like this week's, when we had to photograph one thing on top of another thing, because it has endless possibilities. That's also its biggest challenge, of course. What to choose? As often happens, I tried a number of subjects, but in the end opted for this one. I've no idea why really. Perhaps I just like feathers. :)
