... its destiny.

Its inevitability. The new flower reaches for the light. The "bud" waits. For its turn. Its "destiny" to be born. To open.

Life is simple and delicate. It has a beginning and an end, nothing can change that, nothing is so right. Life is as it should be...Take care of it. And of those you love.

Camperdown Cemetery is an historic cemetery located on Church Street in Newtown, an inner-city suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The cemetery was founded in 1848 and was for twenty years the main general cemetery for Sydney, with the total number of burials being about 18,000. Many people who were important to the early history of colonial Australia are buried there. It is the only one of Sydney's three main early cemeteries that still exists. - Wikipedia

The latest repair I've had saved the life of my mainstay laptop! It was to replace the vital port that charges the laptop's battery. I saved the broken part as it looked so small and innocent, but completely destroyed the ability of the laptop to function! I hope that this counts as a repair …

apariciones a la orilla de la playa........

I love a theme like this week's, when we had to photograph one thing on top of another thing, because it has endless possibilities. That's also its biggest challenge, of course. What to choose? As often happens, I tried a number of subjects, but in the end opted for this one. I've no idea why really. Perhaps I just like feathers. :)

For this week's Macro Mondays group theme, On Top. The bird feeder is about ¾" high, including the hoop.
