Earth Day
I am the Earth And the Earth is me.
Each blade of grass, Each honey tree,
Each bit of mud, And stick and stone
Is blood and muscle, Skin and bone.
And just as I Need every bit
Of me to make My body fit,
So Earth needs Grass and stone and tree
And things that grow here Naturally.
That's why we Celebrate this day.
That's why across The world we say:
As long as life, As dear, as free,
I am the Earth And the Earth is me.
I didn't write this but I sure like this little poem.
We all have those days, where life just seems pointless, and the colours of the world all start to fade...
Star-dancer Kelsey was peeking through the stage curtains during rehearsal while discussing her up-coming solo.
Tonight is one of those snowfalls with big, ultra wet flakes. The whole time I was driving home, it felt like a snow globe, only without the shaking thankfully.

I always arrive a little early to each of my class. During this particular day, I was enjoying a white chocolate latte, while working on my English paper that was due within a couple of days. As I sat back and looked at the items in front of me, I realized, this is basically the life of a college student!
