Hi, Today I present you a rework of the vintage Lego Castle set “Trasure Cart” 1463. I was enjoying making it because my Dad was super happy to look at his childhood memories which are repeating in my LEGO Atelier :) I’m so happy with the final look! Hope you guys like it

My build for Droneuary this year, continuing my idea of mohawked drones! Technically I built this last year but wasn’t able to finish the legs until a few days afterwards (My first two attempts couldn't support the weight properly). Then this month I ended up building a different base for it that’s much better than what I previously had, and finally took pictures of it. This is also my tallest drone/mech overall, at just over 1 foot tall, which made for a different building process for me. Overall I’m really pleased with how it turned out, I love how the dark blue and yellowish green look together, and am super satisfied with the shaping I achieved to make it look slender but menacing. Hope you all enjoy it too!

Fight on the water

Third entry for the actual castle contest "Nine Kingdoms - Blades of Light" on www.RogueBricks.de

For this I wanted to do something different and build no ship. The MOC shows a fight on a tree trunk in the water. Guess who wins...

Shows

Tom Trapper and his horse.

These buildings are based on certain architectural elements found in NYC. Especially the fire escape in front, a corner deli and neighborhood restaurants.

For the RogueOlympics on www.RogeuBricks.de I built a camera with only 101 parts, which you can find on my stream.

I liked this first 101 parts MOC so much, that I decided to build it again - but then without part limit.

The camera itself is only build with LEGO parts and, the Nintendo set tiles fitting perfectly for the screen on the backside. Also the objektive is brick build in this one.

Attention all Nova League members,

the most problematic unit of the Centuri Special Forces are the Hazard Snipers. They are equipped with high performance hazard gear, able to shield them from most toxic substances, acids and other biological hazards. The suit can also withstand high voltage and even absolute vacuum. They will most likely set up in seemingly impossible to reach places to have the best shot. Be sure to check any possible sniper position before moving on your target. The range of their sniper rifle is about 2000 meters, so keep in mind to check that radius. They are also armed with melee weapons, but less proficient in using them. Best take them out in close combat.

The last figure from my latest fig-off. A new MoC will be up tomorrow.

The #MetroidFoesCollab was a great collab, with great people, who are all great lego builders!

Speaking as someone who has never played the games and didn’t know the source material going in, I became very attached to the various art styles of each different game and tried my best to create a middle ground where the different Queens' characteristics could blend together. That's opposite to the point in building which had the most critical thinking involved - attaching the supports of the Queen directly to the ground through the stomach - which required a lot of lego math to get right!

Samus’ suit is based off a modified ACM-Frame by @moc.cls ! It’s a compact, easily customizable design, which perfectly fit the scale I knew I needed to provide some action to the scene.

I actually tried all, but some didn't look nice... those look really weird! I just kept those that I liked...

A collab myself and Ron put together over a week or two.

It shows off an impressive Porsche Ron made, fitted with some cool exhaust and aero parts.

My car is The Koenigsegg Agera, decorated with some classic Swedish racing colors and an Octan sponsorship.

All of this was built in 1/43 scale, as you can see from the minigigure to car comparison.

Thanks for looking!

TIE-Fighter-Pilots were not highly praised throughout their service, but their skill was undeniable. Flying crafts not equipped with shields or Hyperspace engines, they were braver than most usual pilots and extraordinarily skilled in combat. Though usually useless on their own, squads of TIE fighters mostly were victorious, when flying in formation.

Another figure from my recent figbarf.

A houseboat in goth style.

This is my attempt to portray the famous Fisher Building out of Lego bricks. The prototype is one of my favorite buidings in the city by Albert Kahn, who is also one of my favorite architects.

The Lego skyscraper model is 6.5 feet high to the roof and 7.5 feet high overall. It weighs about 230 pounds and used about 105,000 bricks in its construction. The building is designed in about 20 sections for portability. The model as shown here was part of a Michigan Lego Train Club (MichLTC) layout at the Rock Financial Center in Novi, Michigan.

This building made number 10 on an obscure blog's list of 20 Famous Skyscrapers Reproduced in Lego.

Water mill inspired by an old model train water mill.

Entry for the final round of the 101 parts challenge on RogueBricks.de

Topic this week: Elements.

But don't use more than 101 parts in your MOC.

I did a pun and built an ELEphant who comes out a ceMENT mixer. So we have ELE & MENT.

MOC for 'Murder on RogueStreet' - the october contest on the German LUG www.RogueBricks.de

The salon shows the crime scene with five victims. They are laying in a circle and every victim has a pistol in his hand.

This is the hardest case for Sherlock and his dog Holms.

The figbarf just shows the involved persons: the victims, the butler, the inspector, Sherlock and his dog Holms.

Hope you like it.

The last cinematic shot from my recent build for the Muunilinst collab. I have some more builds ready, but it might still take me a while to take proper photos of them.

For FebRovery

This was my first try:

Al the Alien and Nanny Droid IG 11 found a wrecked Lego Lotus and decided to rebuild it into a Rover.

They are not very good at it, but they just kept slapping pieces together and adding as much as they could.

They searched the Lego Junk Yard and found red lights which they thought would be very cool and a section of fence. They agreed it would make a very handy sunroof.

When they took it for a test drive in the snow, they got stuck.

IG11 pointed out that they had plenty of Blasters mounted on their Rover so they could easily melt the snow and go on!

Al said he'd seen a nice John Deere Tractor in a nieghbor's yard and maybe they should go get some Big Tires!

This was so much fun. Thank you to my Lego Photography friends for telling me about:

A small scene to let me practice rendering with Blender 2.8 :)

I used the Mecabricks advanced addon, then composited the image in Blender. Finally, I exported to GIMP 2.10 for some final tweaks.

This is merely an attempt to improve my rendering skill, so I can take my builds to the next level with at least sub-par presentation ;P

Thanks for Looking!

At one time the fastest car in the world, Bugatti shipped out a new standard. Also, it's frickin hard to build in Lego :P

This is based off of Ron_Dayes Bugatti, which he said he thought of as a Chiron. I thought using his base, I could make a convincing Veyron to join the collection.

I started with the front, changing out piece after piece. About half-way through, I worked on the back, giving it that iconic engine cover and round taillights. Finally, I masked out an IRL Veyron grill and put it into the .dae file.

If you like this, or cars in general, you should check out Ron's page. He spent years working on this scale, and has some really cool Mocs...

Reimagining 8949 Kirop with primarily Galidor parts and styling.

Since Marin and Markus started with the idea of building 52 mechs and posting them on every Monday 2019 (which now became the 'Mech Mondays'), I wanted to join in - even if its just one build of me in the end.

The last time I went to Billund I bought the 853865 TLM 2 Acc. set, including two of the sewer babies which are adorable and are fitting perfectly in a small mech.

So, here it is: "The Sewer Baby Mech", introducing the Sewer Babies from The LEGO Movie 2. I really enjoyed building it.

Thank you Marin and Markus for inventing MechMonday.

For Brickscaliburs 2022 "Find Waldo" category. You can't find Waldo here but you could:

Find Yellow

Find Weirdo

Find 5 animals

Find Friends

And i guess you could find much more

Attention all Nova League Members,

the inner circle has received more and more reports of casualties among Nova League associates in the last few weeks. Research into this matter has shown that most casualties were lower rank, inexperienced members, who had moved on Centuri military facilities. Apparently, the Centuri military has assembled special units, proficient in anti-terror operations, to counter Terran Empire attacks carried out by Nova League contractors. All novice Nova League members are highly advised to refrain from such contracts from this point on. Higher rank, experienced members are still free to carry out such missions, but should notice that there won’t be any reinforcements or rescue missions. The inner circle has gathered detail about the special forces’ ability and equipment. Detailed dossiers on all Centuri Special Forces branches will follow shortly.

Another fig off, this time against Custom Brick Builder and Carbon Builds. The theme was sci-fi soldiers and I though this would tie in perfectly with the storyline of Struggle for Klegon, a quite nice Lego RPG group back in the day.

A brave explorer ventures through the dense jungles surrounding an ancient temple.

This build was supposed to be for day 1 of Rebellug vignweek, the prompt was archeology, but I finished 20 minutes too late.

For the @summerjoust collab category

In the busy everyday life of a simple ruler, being taken from place to place is a mere inconvenience. But who supplies the carriages to the rich and powerful? Meet Chad, the best Used Cart Salesmen in the area. No King Rating required, and all offers are considered!

So here it is, my first entry into the CCCXVI. I decided to start simple, just to get a good render setup going and figure out the contest workings. But I plan to enter as many categories as I have the time for :)

I want to give Isaac Snyder props for the tree design. I don't know if it was an OG design, but I first saw it in his builds :)

Thanks For Looking, and Good Luck to everyone in the contest!

Kind of creepy capybara.

When designing them, one of the iterative directives we designated was to learn and improve rapid deployment. It wasn't long until we experienced first hand just how rapid they became.

The Blood Irons were a mysterious group which originated on the planet Kastrian. Years ago, the Kastrians had been entangled in an interplanetary war between their two neighboring planets. Inevitably many of the battles of the warring factions were fought on Kastrian, which was located right between the two other planets. Most of the planet was destroyed in the process, the Kastrian people slaughtered, their cities destroyed and their belongings looted. For a decade the universe forgot about the Kastrians, believing them to have been wiped from the face of the galaxy. It was only when the leaders of the nations formerly at war were assassinated in an inexplicably gruesome manor, that the galaxy saw what had become of the remains of Kastian. The surviving Kastians, most of whom had been children during the war, had banded together for vengeance, declaring they were the Blood Irons, the blades forged from the blood of their ancestors in the flames of war.

After the assassinations, the Blood Irons continued exacting vengeance on the ones who wronged them. They were equipped with their signature iron blades, but also utilized heavier weapons such as quad blasters. Their victims never saw their faces, though, since they hid unter clay masks and helmets, resembling the culture and the ancestors they had lost forever.

Here's my entry for the Fig Barf Central and InfernoLug faction challenge. It was fun to play with the red and white contrast here.

After some time, I decided to come back to one of my all time favorites, the X1/9. Though it wasn't the most reliable car, it was certainly a looker :)

The improvements are really everything, front to back. If you want to see the original, here it is:

Thanks to THIRMO and Ron for the help with this one, and I have some cool projects in the works!

Thanks for Looking o/

Armored and agile, the Strydr functions as a forward-attack infantry unit. Armaments include a .50 caliber cannon and rocket pods, all guided by its 360 imaging sensor pods and thermal optic.

Get it, cuz it looks like a water strider.

Cal Kestis has crash-landed on the planet Koboh. To survive, he must face various threats, including the local wildlife, the Empire, and the ruthless Bedlam Raiders. In this hostile environment, he will need to rely on his strength and the help of his companion, BD-1

This is something I’ve wanted to build for a while now, I’ve seen this amazing artwork by @pascalblanche a long time ago and I thought it would be a fun challenge to recreate it out of LEGO bricks. I wanted to play around with brick built shadows and color contrast. Wish we had a violet color though. The snot floor was quite tedious to build, but well worth it. It took about a week to complete. Im displaying it @_bricktastic this weekend. Let me know what you think of the build, overall I’m quite happy. What color do you dream in?
