The big reveal for my Alternate Build Challenge!
Here's the original model I built, which, as previously, is a Classic style version of one of my neo classic builds! Here's the original Hammerhead album. All the major features I tried to imitate in classic style. The white Classic Space man is sitting in a rover which can be released from beneath the canopy. I thought I would add a flexible tail as a further play feature, so that it swims! Ahem... I mean to assist in scanning.
You can see my own four alternate models here, and alternate models that other people made here.
There is currently a lego ideas activity called 'International women's day'. Since I was designing a robot I came up with this.
This is a special moc for me as it is not exactly a _m_oc proper. This is the first ever speeder in the Galactic Speeder League project originally designed not by me (apart from Y-wing based off the LEGO microfighter). The original design of the model belongs to a friend of mine. While reworking it I felt quite like a member of LEGO Ideas project! Jayson was quite happy with the outcome by the way! I had to come up with an illegal connection, can you find it? 😈 The lore of the model is that it is entered by the planetary team of Insecta populated with anthropomorphic insects, and the design was created with the help of the famous engineer Elon Musk, also known in the GSL multiverse as Ilonyan Moskva and Ilya Mykk. The model uses plasma engines powered by Insecta-developed wing-like bio mechanisms.

"The LAAT/le, also known as Republic Police Gunship or Imperial Patrol Transport was a Gunship used for law enforcement operations by the Galactic Republic and later on by the Galactic Empire for broader millitary patrol missions." This model depicts the imperial variant of the vessel, which was heavily featured in Star Wars Rebels, and later in several other media such as the video games Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order and Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, as well as the live-action TV-series Ahsoka and Andor.
This MOC composed of 1732 pieces, and was designed to be close to minifigure-scale while keeping a sturdy and accurate exterior design. Additionally, it includes some play functions like opening doors to the main cargo/transport area, a fully detailed cockpit interior and adjustable front turrets and stabilisers.
Fun fact: I started working on this model back in 2020 for EmpireLUG's Sandstone Collaboration. However after some changes to the collab in early 2021, it was removed from that build
Futuron* was a peaceful and friendly population.
Indeed their ground vehicles and spacecrafts were designed to explore new planets and new worlds.
But something is changing: a black menace is coming from the deep space, its name is Blacktron.
The black men want to attack the Futuron people probably to steal the sought after and valued Monorail.
To prevent the Blacktron attack a new armored vehicle is ready to fire: the "White Tiger".
This medium-class tank features 2 middle-range surface-to-air guns, a rotating turret and a crew of three (the commander, the driver and the gunner).
The nick name is a tribute to the invincible german White Tiger tank from WWII.
Will the "Tiger" be able to destroy the black menace?
*Futuron was a subtheme of LEGO Space released between 1987 and 1990 to replace Classic Space series.

We recently go the THE LEGO MOVIE Double-Decker Couch 70818 set and it came with new Benny faces, so I thought I'd take a shot of one of them. I think he looks super happy and kind of cute too! Yeah, I'm man enough to admit I think Benny is cute! ;-)

With a large fleet of spaceships and many ground units like the APC mobile, the S.H.A.D.O.* agency needs a modern and well equipped bay.
My latest build is the S.H.A.D.O. maintenance bay where the agency's mechanics and engineers can fix and re-fit the Interceptors and possibly the ground units.
The facility is full of details and it features also a service vehicle, a forklift and an hand pallet truck.
Under the wing an operator is welding a support and please take a look at the sparks ;)
A little workbench and the column drill press are positioned on the right.
A spare nuclear missile is ready to be loaded.
Thanks for stopping by.
*SHADO (an acronym for Supreme Headquarters, Alien Defence Organisation) is a secret, high-technology international agency established to defend Earth and humanity against the mysterious aliens. SHADO was the main subject of UFO, the popular '70 British television science fiction series about an alien invasion of Earth.
With the Basilisk starfighter, I wanted to try some weapons/loadout variants, like in a SHMUP. This is the level VIII, the weapons on the ship are the same as level VI, the gun drones are retained, and a shield drone is added in front. The one in the original photos looks like it will be level 5. This is the final upgrade I've built, and the last that I had ideas for.
Builders and Engineers of the Laniakea Galaxy Cluster,
With the successful arrival and landing of the Perseverance Rover we want to share our Terrain Models for its landing site.
You can download the files here.
The release contains the terrain of the Jezero Crater in various sizes:

Special thanks to www.instagram.com/hydrofluoricstudios who generated the terrain on very short notice.
Finally! I’ve been so busy lately that I haven’t had time to work on this photo which I took back in August! However, its finished now and I’m excited to share it with you all.
What we have here is the prototype LL-962 “Arrow” finally out to space on her maiden test flight as she breaks orbit of the planet with Captain Robert Knight in the cockpit. Testing on the primary propulsion system is about to begin starting with the fusion drive thrusters and wrapping up with a complete test of the FTL system. The Federation and Nova Team have high hopes that their latest starfighter will fair well in these final tests.
The LL-962 Arrow is a MOC of mine and you can see it in more detail here: flic.kr/p/xy7Frt

THE MARTIAN (2015).
The Martian is a 2015 American science fiction film directed by Ridley Scott and starring Matt Damon, based on Andy Weir's 2011 novel The Martian (The Martian is a 2011 science fiction novel written by Andy Weir).
During a manned mission to Mars, Astronaut Mark Watney is presumed dead after a fierce storm and left behind by his crew. But Watney has survived and finds himself stranded and alone on the hostile planet. With only meager supplies, he must draw upon his ingenuity, wit and spirit to subsist and find a way to signal to Earth that he is alive. Millions of miles away, NASA and a team of international scientists work tirelessly to bring "the Martian" home, while his crewmates concurrently plot a daring, if not impossible, rescue mission. As these stories of incredible bravery unfold, the world comes together to root for Watney's safe return.

It was a good thing Nova Team decided to bring along the Hazardous Environment A.R.C. Bot HZ-D4K on this mission. Preliminary tests on the samples extracted from the bio-goo stream has yielded some interesting results and the team would like to take a sample from deeper in the flowing pink biological fluid. That is where HZ-D4K come in. The ARC bot can effortlessly wade through the streaming currents and take it's sample without fear of endangering any human life.

The inhabitants of the seventeenth block complain about the air quality, so I travel through the general ventilation shafts again. My reliable tool always with me - a telescopic three-meter probe with a pair of precise sensors and a steel claw. With its help, I explore the situation in hard-to-reach places before climbing myself: temperature, humidity, structural strength, the presence of various fungi and other living creatures.
My friend Felix often neglected safety. A month ago, his head got stuck in an old rotten pipe and he stayed there for almost five hours until the guys from the second shift found him. There were no serious injuries, but during this time some insect laid eggs in his left ear. The doctors say Felix is unlikely to return to work, so I borrowed his new overalls for now…
The environment built from white parts forces you to work with the exposure really carefully. Surfaces reflect a lot of light, glare and do it’s best to overexpose the frame. But there is also a positive point: large and powerful light sources are practically not needed here. In my case, I made do with two small LED light sources and shot at a short shutter speed.
One of the great things about conventions is that I get super excited about building given all the awesome stuff going on. The bad news is that I'm usually super tired too. This time around I made a real effort to channel some of that excitement before it dampens and here is the first real result.

Made some progress with detailing the engines. Really like the thin red rings you can make with the medieval cups. Also really happy with the intakes on the "wings".
Still some changes planned when I can afford more parts. Also want to add some stickers in the end.
I'm not a pro builder, there is no special building techniques and progress is really slow, but I have a great time developing this.
The shadowy figures from the rooftops have jumped down, catching Kentaurus off guard. Quickly spinning around he finds Captain Robert Knight and Commander Sydney Stargazer of Nova Team now holding him at blaster point!
The Captain wants the Solian Data Crystal from the bounty hunter and bring him in for questioning. However, Kentaurus will have nothing of that!

:::: Ladies and gentleman, they're back! So I have a confession to make, this entire series with Jak Jenner and Kentaurus has secretly been the prologue leading up to (what I’m now calling) Season 3 of my Nova Team series. I hope to take this season through the rest of the summer months, taking the crew through new and exciting adventures. There’s been some changes to the team which I’ll reveal as time goes on. I hope you all will join me! I’m personally very excited. Thank you all!
For those who are interested, unfortunately I am unable to sell the Nova Team minifigures or designs due to the use of the "Classic Space" logo which is owned and trademarked by The LEGO Group. My custom designed figures and use of the official "Classic Space" logo is for personal use only in my MOCs and photography. By the same token, I will not give away the design files and source material either. Thank you for understanding! Trust me, if I could legally sell these, I would.
Not shown in the picture, is the beautiful Biotron Lieutenant, Miss Green. Those two Biotron officers wanted to salute her for Valentine's Day, but... when you drive it's better to watch the road ^^
After the last version of Blacktron I Corp's Revenant Revenger, it was strongly advised to choose for a stable and strong underside.
It is worth noting the design is similar like that of the Recon Robot's, which was much later produced...

It's FebRovery again, my favourite themed building month.
So let's begin with a modification of set 10497 (or as I like to call it, the "UCS Galaxy Explorer") into a rover.
As far as names go, "Planetary Explorer" was the obvious and only choice. The rear cargo compartment contains a small skimmer-type vehicle to mirror the rover carried by the original
Builder's note: The Spirit Rover was one of the last models I made for the Space Book. It was built it over a long weekend, and the team photographed it on the Mars display at the National Space Centre.
Scarab Pods were tiny craft that could be launched from much larger vessels within the Federation's fleet. Used for short range missions and as escape pods when large ships had to be abandoned, they were extremely tough and durable, able to weather harsh atmospheric conditions and extremes of heat as they carried their pilots to safety.
Undersides for my own satisfaction only. Growing the "undersides" gallery you see.
Project Thunderbird (2071 – 2085)
Developed by Ætheon (a high-profile "private military company"/"PMC"), Project Thunderbird was the first successful of instance of “jet trooper” (colloquially known as “jetters”) being deployed into combat. Using cybernetically enhanced pilots (most of which were former US Air Force and Marines), the company was able to find work in conflict zones all over the world.
All jet suits contained an exoskeleton, joy stick controls, and numerous intakes and jets that could be adjusted in real-time for maximum maneuverability. Jet suits varied wildly according the pilot’s rank and personal preferences. Though the suit’s weaponry varied between pilots, the most popular weapons were twin rapid-fire plasma cannons and two pairs of missile launchers.
The most famous Jetter was Ariel Vazquez. Joining the program in 2072 at the age of 25, she displayed immense prowess with the suit and made headlines for her heroics in the Long Beach Excursion (2073), in which [REDACTED] surfaced off the coast of Long Beach, California and attacked the water front. Were it not for the timely intervention of the “Jetters”, the [REDACTED] would’ve wreaked untold destruction on the city proper. Vazquez would also participate in the Battle of Bend (2079), in which the nation states of Cascadia and Greater Idaho fought for control of a newly-discovered (and incredibly valuable) lithium deposit on the outskirts of Bend, Oregon. Being a PMC, Ætheon sided with the highest bidder (in this case, Greater Idaho) and wreaked massive casualties on the Cascadian military with their superior airpower.
Though effective, Project Thunderbird’s heavy and unwieldly jet suits would ultimately be phased out as the technology improved became more compact. However, it would leave a lasting impact on military combat (even going into the intergalactic age centuries later), with similar technology being deployed by the Royal Cobalt Space Navy (RCSN) via their “Gunzerker” program.
Episode 14 of this year's FebRovery and equalling my usual average of 1 rover every other day, this little runabout rover using the barrel sections from the UCS Galaxy Explorer rounds out my builds for the month.
Sorry for the numerous uploads ! But my CS crew was on the verge to make a revolution if they didn't obtain new vehicles to... well, roll along the carpet ^^
I didn't want them to get angry... ;-)
I'll be posting my pics like this from now on! With my 'logo' in the top right and figure name and theme in the top left!
Tell me what you think!
Please give me some constructive feedback if there is something you think I should change!
Thanks!

(Also, HOLY FAVES BATMAN!)
Built this last year but just didn’t have a way to photograph it due to its size. The top part flies away as a glider-like craft while the bottom works as a Fire Fighting platform and rescue-raft deployment zone.
