Today the kitchens started getting installed. The guys measured for the marble counter top today, and ordered it this afternoon. It should be here early next week. Is that even safe/ok?

Pictures of the painting I'm doing in the kitchen. The old colors were there when I moved in (especially the hideous green cabinets) and the room always looked grungy, even when it was spic and span. So I chose some bright and cheery colors for the room. It's not the remodeling that I'd really like to do, but it will make the room more fun to hang out and cook in.
