Kitchen with room to park my bike. Studio has some closet space. I don't have a lot of possessions so I try to keep it from looking cluttered. Most of my things are in the fairly spacious closets. Kitchen nook. Stove on left side, refrigerator on right.
I have my microwave oven and a blender on other side of apartment. This saves counter space. Also my neighbor on that side is an elevator shaft so running my blender late at night isn't likely to disturb someone in an adjacent apartment.

I finally managed to find a table that is small enough for a little eat-in area in my kitchen. The problem is that the table is almost exactly the same color as the wood floors...so I need to bring in a little color somehow. I'm a little nervous about painting the table, since it's in pretty good shape, and it's from the 1930s. So I'm trying out color with some table cloths.
First up: pale yellow.
Love the mix of materials and colors in this kitchen. The black works beautifully with the subway tiled splashback.
