Kitchen with room to park my bike. Studio has some closet space. I don't have a lot of possessions so I try to keep it from looking cluttered. Most of my things are in the fairly spacious closets. Kitchen nook. Stove on left side, refrigerator on right.
I have my microwave oven and a blender on other side of apartment. This saves counter space. Also my neighbor on that side is an elevator shaft so running my blender late at night isn't likely to disturb someone in an adjacent apartment.

Love the mix of materials and colors in this kitchen. The black works beautifully with the subway tiled splashback.
Kitchen with upgraded granite countertops, pull out shelving, 18" tile floors, double door pantry, Kenmore side by side refrigerator with ice and filtered water dispenser. Breakfast nook has 2" wood blinds at windows and decorator dimmable light.
My guess is that this is an American House Spider (Achaearanea tepidariorum). Here it's bagged a silverfish in our kitchen sink.
Our sink is awaiting replacement and its water is turned off, but in the meantime it's provided our helper with a home and some goodies and us with some "natural insecticide." We get along fine. Usually the spider rests out of sight inside a cloth draped around our nonworking faucet.
The American House Spider ranges throughout the US and Canada and produces what we commonly call cobwebs: irregular webs made of sticky strands.
This spider can be seen with what I believe to be a male, in "Waiting for the Pitter Patter of Little Spiderlings" -- and also with young, in "Spiderlings!"
This is a before picture of a kitchen remodel in Lewistown, PA. The two windows were removed to make room for the new kitchen cabinets.
