ARCHIVE 365: Since the completion of BlackBerry 365 in 2010, I have missed a daily photo practice. There are so many photos from my archives that no one has ever seen but me. So I asked skywire7 if she wanted to do a daily practice for one year, taking turns posting an unpublished photograph from the past.
Archive 365 is a photo collaboration between skywire7 and QuoinMonkey featuring images from our archives. On our road trip, Shawn and I stopped at the Jim Henson Museum in Leland, Mississippi. They have this beautiful Kermit the Frog display of Kermit playing the Banjo and recreating the scene from "The Muppet Movie" where he sang "The Rainbow Connection."

Really nice haul today. That Kermit’s tag is cut off, but it’s from Fisher Price, and I’m guessing from the 1970’s. I’ve never seen Ruthless People, but always wanted to. And Near Dark is my favorite vampire movie, besides Interview with the Vampire. That animated Christmas Carol is pretty rare. I already have a copy, but this is a different cover, and in good shape. Animated by the great Richard Williams (Who Framed Roger Rabbit), and produced by the legendary Chuck Jones. It’s really quiet and dark in tone. Sadly, I couldn’t find Stay Puft’s body.
