Going beyond the short-term management of projects, successful Programme Management requires the ability to define, plan, implement and integrate every aspect of the comprehensive programme. Stakeholder engagement, communication skills and leadership capacity will all assist the programme manager in delivering intended programme goals and outcomes.
Particular Programme Management roles will require particular skills but it is highly likely that in your application you will want to highlight your demonstrated understanding of programme design and your ability to use appropriate service strategies to meet programme goals. In cooperation with one of the largest advertising agencies in Serbia, Alma Quatrro, a pro-bono billboard campaign is currently taking place in Belgrade. From 6 October to 19 October Belgrade will celebrate FAO’s 80th birthday by displaying official FAO80 poster at 20 strategically selected spots across Belgrade. The locations that have been selected include the most frequent and highly visible spots such as the very city center (10 spots in Knez Mihajlova and nearby streets, Terazije, Republic Square, Nikola Pasic Square, etc), New Belgrade area, and locations in the old city with high traffic volume.

paign marked by hate and violence mongering. Devoid of any social or academic engagement, they can only be seen in .
pamphlets spewing communal venom, or in acts of outright violence with remarkable regularity. .
Some anti-academic and anti-student forces which are hostile to all progressive ethos comes handy for a JNU admin-istration which is hell bent on thwarting any student upsurge for their rights. Any movement for fellowships. for better academic, library and health facilities, for a more socially sensitive and inclusive admission system, for workers' rights are met with reluctance, with indifference, and with total insensitivity. In order to hide its anti-student face, its corruption, and its nexus with contractors, the administration cracks down on the movement time and again. However, when it comes to dealing with serial violence mongers, the very same administration is seen as a indulgent ally of forces like ABVP and .

Sebrae firma parcerias para combater a burocracia
Projeto pioneiro no Rio Grande do Sul visa simplificar o ambiente legal para a atividade empresarial
Nesta sexta-feira (15), o Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae) deu mais um passo importante para simplificar a vida dos empreendedores brasileiros. Em reuniões realizadas em Porto Alegre (RS), foi definida a composição do Conselho que vai implementar o projeto “Desburocratização e Simplificação Legislativa”, no Rio Grande do Sul, visando contribuir com a redução da burocracia e a melhoria do ambiente de negócios para as pequenas empresas.
O projeto vai realizar levantamentos, análises e propostas concretas de melhorias em toda a legislação que impacta principalmente o pequeno empresário no Rio Grande do Sul. O objetivo do Sebrae com a iniciativa pioneira que será implementada no estado é desenvolver uma metodologia de trabalho que será reproduzida em todo o país. A ação conta com a parceria do governo do Rio Grande do Sul e com a consultoria do Instituto Desburocratizar (iDESB).
Nesta sexta-feira, além de estabelecer o perfil dos membros do Conselho – que será formado por representantes do governo e sociedade civil – os parceiros fizeram encaminhamentos para a estruturação da primeira agenda de trabalho do grupo, que será consolidada para a primeira reunião, prevista para abril. Estavam presentes no encontro, o secretário de Governança e Gestão Estratégica, Cláudio Gastal, João Marcos Amaral, gerente da Unidade de Políticas Públicas e Desenvolvimento Territorial (UPPDT) do Sebrae Nacional, Inês Schwingel, gerente adjunta da UPPDT do Sebrae Nacional, André Godoy, diretor superintendente do Sebrae RS, Janaína Zago, gerente da UPPDT do Sebrae RS, e Daniel Bogea, diretor-executivo do Instituto Desburocratizar (iDESB). “A desburocratização é uma prioridade e está no nosso mapa estratégico, que vai dar o norte ao governo”, comentou o secretário.
Reforçando a agenda proativa do Sebrae para fomentar o empreendedorismo no estado, foi realizado outro encontro, com foco na ampliação da Sala do Empreendedor de Porto Alegre. O local reunirá os órgãos de registro e licenciamento de empresas, possibilitando que o empreendedor tenha todas as informações e serviços necessários em um único local. O lançamento está previsto para este semestre. Participaram do encontro o secretário de Desenvolvimento Econômico de Porto Alegre, Eduardo Cidade, e Daniela Alves Braga, coordenadora da Sala do Empreendedor, representantes do Sebrae e da iDESB. Em seguida, a equipe do Sebrae e o representante da iDESB realizaram uma visita à Junta Comercial com Itacir Amauri Flores.
Redesimples
Também nesta sexta-feira, o Sebrae firmou um novo convênio com a Junta Comercial, Industrial e Serviços do Rio Grande do Sul (JucisRS). O objetivo da iniciativa é intensificar o trabalho de desburocratização e simplificação da rotina das empresas e ampliar a abrangência da Redesimples. A parceria entre o Sebrae e JucisRS já resultou na melhoria do processo de abertura, alteração e fechamento de empresas no Estado, que agora é 100% digital.
Com isso, já é possível realizar essas operações, no tempo máximo de cinco dias e cinco horas. O projeto original para a implantação da Redesimples, iniciado em 2014 com a JucisRS, alcançou resultados relevantes no estado ao integrar 160 municípios, o que representa 78% das micro e pequenas empresas do RS, realizar a digitalização do acervo de documentos da JucisRS, alterar o sistema operacional da JucisRS, tornando o processo mais ágil, moderno e seguro, além de promover a integração de todos os órgãos estaduais.
Durante a assinatura do convênio, Itacir Amauri Flores, presidente da Junta Comercial, destacou a importância da parceria com o Sebrae e afirmou que a meta é que, ao final dos quatro anos, o projeto atinja todos os municípios. “Pretendemos alcançar mais 100 municípios em 2019, é possível”. João Marcos Amaral, gerente da Unidade de Políticas Públicas e Desenvolvimento Territorial (UPPDT) do Sebrae Nacional, ressaltou o comprometimento do Rio Grande do Sul com a pauta: “A agenda de desburocratização é prioritária para o desenvolvimento econômico do país, inclusive para que a gente alcance melhores posições no ranking Doing Business - fundamental para atrair investimentos e que demonstra, justamente, a melhoria do ambiente de negócios”.
