Terminou na última segunda-feira (3) o prazo para que os Tribunais Regionais do Trabalho de todo o país cumprissem as determinações de criar um Núcleo Permanente de Métodos Consensuais de Solução de Disputas em suas sedes, assim como instituir Centros Judiciários de Métodos Consensuais de Solução de Disputas – CEJUSC-JT.
Os Núcleos de Conciliação são os responsáveis por planejar, implementar, manter e aperfeiçoar as ações voltadas ao cumprimento da Política Judiciária de tratamento adequado das disputas de interesses no âmbito da Justiça do Trabalho. Já os CEJUSCs, são as estruturas físicas montadas para a realização das sessões e audiências de conciliação e mediação de processos em qualquer fase ou instância.
Até o momento, apenas dois TRTs não concluíram a implementação dos Núcleos no prazo fixado pela Resolução. E 15 dos 24 TRTs já estão cumprindo plenamente a determinação, com Núcleos e Centros de Conciliação instalados. São eles, os Tribunais Regionais da 2ª Região (SP), da 3ª Região (MG), d 4ª Região (RS), da 6ª Região (PE), da 9ª Região (PR), da 10ª Região (DF e TO), da 12ª Região (SC), da 13ª Região (PB), 15ª Região (Campinas), 16ª Região (MA), 18ª Região (GO), 19ª Região (AL), 21ª Região (RN), 22ª Região (PI) e 24ª Região (MS).

Aquisição de implementos agrícolas: perfurador de solo, distribuidor de fertilizante e sementes com máxima distribuição 24m; além de serviços de terceiros: contratação de horas/máquina em áreas selecionada: pastagens e áreas já cultivadas, entregue para Associação Comunitária São Francisco do Caramuri.

Implementada na Vara do Trabalho de Plácido de Castro, no Acre, a prática possibilita que ações sejam ajuizadas via transmissão de sons e imagens em tempo real. Em cerca de um ano, já foram ajuizadas, nesse formato, 163 ações com sucesso. Em regiões distantes como a fronteira entre Brasil e Bolívia, podem ser realizadas videochamadas para que as partes se comuniquem, em tempo real, com a servidora responsável, lotada na Vara e com atuação remota a partir de Porto Velho (RO). O processo inclui o uso de ferramentas de digitalização e envio de documentos por celular ou outros meios, facilitando o processo de comunicação, análise e elaboração dos termos, e ao mesmo tempo permitindo a alimentação do Processo Judicial Eletrônico (PJ-e). Mesmo durante pandemia de COVID-19, a prática está tornando possível o ajuizamento telepresencial de ações.

Accidents on Market Street occur at about double the rate of similar streets across the state. In April 2013 alone, ten accidents occurred including a pedestrian killed by a hit-and-run driver and a three-car serial collision that ended up with two cars on the sidewalks and two people taken to the hospital. In 2007, the City of Wilmington approved a resolution adopting the US 17 Business Corridor Study. The study was funded by the Wilmington Metropolitan Planning Organization (WMPO) and recommended a traffic “diet” for Market St. from Covil Avenue and 17th Street. The approved study calls for one lane of traffic in each direction between 17th and Colonial, with a median and bike lanes on both sides at a cost of $1.6 million. The problem, however, is that implementation of the plan has been put off until Independence Boulevard is completed from Randall Parkway to Martin Luther King Parkway. That is not expected to occur before 2030. We believe that there are alternate projects that the city could enact to divert traffic and then implement the traffic diet for Market Street between Covil and 17th. This needs to be done for safety and to preserve the residential and pedestrian-oriented character of this important resource. We cannot wait for countless more to be injured or killed. Resources have to be allocated to this project now.

The Lodhie Foundation initiative brings a “First Ray of Light” to the rural and poor communities and backward areas of Pakistan. Since 2003, this philanthropic initiative has continued to achieve his goal to bring the poorest people of Pakistan opportunities for socio-economic development. The program has been building momentum and successful results since its beginning. The key element is the distribution and maintenance of solar LED lighting systems through the guidance and management of Pervaiz Lodhie Founder Trustee of Lodhie Foundation located in Karachi, Pakistan
Ever since introducing a noble cause of distribution of SOLAR LANTERN ( ROSHNI ) to the needy and poor villagers and families of rural areas in Pakistan under the Donation of Mr. Ammer Shah In loving Memory of Bi.Bi Fatima Zahra A.S (The Lady Of Light), a team Lodhie Foundation was assigned to visit the Village of Badin Region to observe and witness the distribution of Solar Lantern ROSHNI to the most needy Village of Misri Siddique Mallah of district badin Sindh Region .
As a gesture of goodwill Mr. Ammer Shah Donor of Lodhie Foundation offered a gift of 30 solar powered LED lights to the village Misri Siddique Mallah of located in district Badin Sindh region.
Benefits
•Freedom from Darkness — The sunlight fades as early as 6 p.m, leaving the villagers in complete darkness. With solar lantern lighting, they have about an additional five hours of light to add to each day.
•Freedom from Illiteracy — More hours of light means more hours for children to study and get a better education, which is crucial to improving their social-economic future.
•Freedom from Poverty — With solar LED lanterns, the villagers no longer have to pay for expensive kerosene lanterns. Also, with more hours of light, the men and women have additional hours to work, which means more income for each household.
•Freedom from Hunger — More income means more money to better feed each member of the family; a daily concern for villagers.
•Freedom from Disease — Kerosene lanterns give off toxic and dangerous fumes; solar LED lanterns do not. LED lanterns also provide extra visibility, which helps against nighttime hazards.
