Shot on a Canon A-1 with 28mm f/2.8 lens using Ektar 25 which was expired approx 25 years so shot at ISO 6!
Menacing dangers in a dark alley. Look behind the obvious .... No one wants a Dobie sneaking up on them in the dark....
Kodak 2383 pushed to ISO 6 (2 Stops) shot with Nikon N90s and Sigma EX 17-35 AF Zoom. Taking advantage of 2383's tendency to go dark when pushed. This was actually shot in broad daylight in the afternoon sun in an open yard. Interesting effects. Developed in FUJI RA-4 paper developer 1 to 14 dilution plus 10ml of 30% hydrogen peroxide to bring the developer to pH 10.59 (ECP 2 levels). Dev for 3 minutes at 100 degrees. Acid stop for 40 seconds. Bleached for 1 minute in potassium ferricyanide bleach, 1 minute wash, 40 second bleach in home made ammonium thiosulfate bleach. Difficult to scan because both the scanner and I wanted to make it "daylight" instead of a very dark image as the negative confirms. More to be done here....
Interesting softness. Shot in broad daylight with pushed Kodak 2383. Extremely fine grain even though the development was contrasty. On the left is the first paper negative I ever shot. I rated the paper at ISO/ASA 6. Took the reading and exposed for 1 second @ f/8. Tray development for the first time. The image (aka Magic) occurred rather immediately and I pulled it quickly from Dektol. The shot on the right was again 1 second but Ilford 1.5 Multicontrast was held infront of the lens. It spent about 3 minutes in Dektol. The camera was my 1946 Speed Graphic and my 127mm Super Graphic lens. Image inverted with Ifranview. Scanned at 600dpi. Too much fun!!

Taken by the same lake as my previous picture in Dartford on an industrial park near to the QE2 bridge.
Taken with my Mamiya 330 Professional F TLR camera with a Mamiya Sekor 55mm f/4.5 Wide Lens, on Rollie infrared 400 film rated at 6 ISO with an R72 infrared 720nm pass filter on the taking lens.
I stand developed it to preserve the highlights and hopefully give the whites a bit more glow. Developed in homemade 510 pyro for 1 hour 15 minutes, adjitated for the first minute then 3 inversions after about 45 minutes.
Stopped with a water stop bath then fixed in Zone Imaging Eco ZONEFIX Alkaline Fixer for 5 minutes.
Scanned on my Epson V600 scanner with a Lomo 120 digitaliza. Some minor adjustments to contrast and levels in Photoshop finished it off.
Taken with a Mamiya RB67 Pro-S on Kodacolor-X film expired in 1974! Shot at ISO 6 and processed in C-41 chemistry for 20 minutes at 20 degrees. Scanned using an Epson V800

Here we go with the magical Diafine developer, I pushed the ISO 1.5 to 6, now we're talking. I think it will take a bit more, maybe even ISO 10, hey 10 worked for the original Kodachrome. The glow is still there just different than the previous test.
Film: Svema Blue Sensitive, ISO 6, 35mm
Hand rolled and available at www.filmphotographyproject.com/store
Processed in Diafine, Part A, 4 minutes, Part B, 4 minutes, no temperature taken, no need to,
Camera: Canon FTb, Canon 50mm f1.4,
exposure: f4 1/30 second

This Eastern Whip bird (Psophodes olivaceus) came up very close to me. Normally I hear them in the dense undergrowth but never see them, but this one was very inquisitive. Sometimes it came closer than my lens could focus.
The adult Eastern Whip birds are generally a dark olive-green with a long tail and a grey-white belly. The head and breast are black, with a patch of white on each side side of the birds face with a black crest.
I love the whip sound of these birds and hear them often in the dense undergrowth.
Captured at Green Mountain (O'Reilly's), Queensland, Australia in the darkness of the rain forest..

Trying some Kodak 5302, rated iso 6. The film seems to scratch easily, but it's fun to shoot wide open at f/1.7 on bright sunny days.
For developing, I went with Blazinal (Rodinal) 1:200. I made enough developer and divided in two. Half used for 30 minutes, initial inversions for 1 minute, then fresh chemistry for another 30 minutes, initial inversions for 1 minute.

Trying some Kodak 5302, rated iso 6. I was taking photos of something else, then this kitty takes a shortcut through my yard.
