I'm loving the new HA stamps and had a chance to play with them yesterday. I did bold and graphic - something I NEVER do and it was quite fun! I'll be entering this card in the January Hero Arts Challenge 2012 and the DCD Challenge.

I think I took a few too many photos of these cute little marmots. But they were just so characterful and cute!
The ladies are sisters and in their similar dresses they give each other a sweet hug. So much feminine beauty, so much fun and so much love. Beautiful in every way.

This year has not started off all that well... my Flickr friend Tracy loosing her dear mom, my Flickr friend Jenny lost her sweet pet, and some very troubling and disheartening events personally for me quite recently.... sighhhhhh.... Such a sad start... here's hoping things improve greatly in the months ahead....
Blake and I recently invented the "Family Hug" where we all 4 squeeze each other as tightly as possible. We just have to yell, "Family Hug!" and our 2.5 year old comes running.
It is pretty much my favorite part of each day.

I am having a nice weekend. I finally got some days off work, went to the movies with my family, and got some sewing done, too. :D
