Another picture of the biscuits. :) They were quite tasty. Photo taken using no flash and fluorescent overhead lighting.
Oyster dressing. I do not know how this came out decent: I didn't rinse the oysters; I left it in the oven a little long; there's probably something else I didn't think of. Look at it: it looks like a bubbly casserole. But it came out fine.
Next time: Make a cornbread type dressing with oysters. Kenny said this was alright, but wasn't what he had in mind.
Trying out a few new foods - enoki mushrooms are a first.
Bought a device which is meant to mash potato but we used it for steamed brocolli and cauliflower with good results. Slowly realising fillet steak is a favourite. Bacon wrapped around the enoki was interesting, quite chewy.
