Help me find a replacement for this potentiometer. It is a 10K single turn linear potentiemeter from a breast pump. Unlike most pots it has not 3 but 5 terminals. Hard to see perhaps in this photo take w/ my camera phone.

I used primarily the Historian add-on to make this mini book that is ready to flip into my bag and take shopping with me! The 3x4 cards on the patterned paper in the kit are perfect for a mini album.
