I need to design a German WWII tank for a cooperative MOC and I don't know how to do it for it to be sturdy. I would also like to know where I can get the tracks :P

Please help me D:

Thank you in advice for your cooperation.

I added some people whose opinion I'd like to know.

I discovered today this fabric stains (not badly, but still). I used it for a special set and I'm not sure I'll be able to sew it again. T___T I have some Dylon dye fix but it's for the dyeing process, so not sure if it will work. Any advice? Please? ;___;

One of our former prime ministers, is strongly against the treatment the Palestines get, year after year, starting in 1945. He has a good and solid website, and can proofe that the role Israel is playing, as well as the USA is inhuman, and very dangerous. At this moment, the GAZA border with Egypt will be closed again, with the help of: who knows. Children, babys, mothers, fathers, everybody must suffer because Israel claimes they suffered. Well, my father was a warprisoner in the second world war, but even he is strongly against what is happening year after year in Israel. They will be the cause of a third worldwar, with herr Bush as criminal on the list. I never can enter the USA, nor Israel, because we all know, flickr is beeing scanned. I don't care, I am a boeddist, and understand..moreless...But even I would get angry if I would have to 'live' in a prison, with walls, called GAZA. Stop Israel, they should try and understand that this attitude will not help, many many of my friends, jews, christians, moslims, are against what is going on there. Israel makes hatred possible, is that the answer: must everybody suffer? Wake up.

.New Fresh Start program helping families hurt by foreclosure during recession

DOVER — A new state program is designed to help families and individuals who have experienced foreclosures, job loss, or other financial difficulties stemming from the financial crisis that began in 2008, Governor John Carney and other officials announced this week.

Fresh Start, a partnership between the Delaware State Housing Authority and DHSS’ financial empowerment program, $tand By Me, offers free financial coaching to help Delawareans get past setbacks and move toward home ownership again.

“Home ownership is a fundamental element of our economy and important to ensuring our neighborhoods thrive,” said Governor Carney. “We have to make sure that all Delawareans have an opportunity to succeed, achieve financial stability and strengthen their communities. Through Fresh Start, we are giving people the tools they need to help them work through economic challenges.”

The statewide program, funded by bank settlements, was developed to help Delawareans who lost their homes due to foreclosure, short sale, or deed in lieu arrangements, said DSHA Director Anas Ben Addi. They may wish to improve credit, increase savings, or decrease debt to put them in a better position to buy a home or rent.

“Fresh Start reaches Delawareans who have struggled to recover and get back on the path to financial stability,” Ben Addi said. “Losing your home or job is painful and a significant challenge, but with the right coaching and assistance, we can help Delaware families move forward again.”

$tand By Me, a partnership with the United Way of Delaware, works with nonprofits to offer personal financial coaching, with four coaches statewide devoted to helping Fresh Start clients.

“Our goal is to provide people with the information, resources and support they need to establish and achieve their financial goals,” said $tand By Me Director Mary Dupont. Since it began six years ago, $tand By Me has served more than 75,000 Delawareans, including more than 14,000 who have participated in financial coaching.

Governor Carney and other leaders spoke at an event formally kicking the program off at the Goodwill store at Lea Boulevard in Wilmington. Goodwill is one of three nonprofits with Fresh Start financial coaches, along with NCALL Research and Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware.

Information on Fresh Start can be found at standbymede.org/fresh, or a coach can be reached by calling:

Delaware also offers assistance to people facing foreclosure or going through the process. The Delaware Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program has helped 665 people with emergency mortgage loans since 2007.

Garrison firefighters help douse blaze at German horse farm near Winnweiler

KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany – German authorities praised U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern firefighter for assisting their German counterparts to put out a Dec. 23 fire at local horse farm.

Under a mutual aid agreement with the Winnweiler community, the garrison’s civilian firefighters at Sembach Kaserne dispatched three fire trucks to Schweisweiler, a farming community roughly 15 miles north of Kaiserslautern.

Garrison firefighters helped prevent the fire from spreading to nearby homes, said Winnweiler Mayor Rudolf Jacob.

In a letter to Lt. Col. Lars Zetterstrom, U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern commander, Jacob expressed his gratitude for neighborly assistance.

“We want to take this opportunity to thank you very much and the firefighter for support in this devastating fire.”

This might be a bit too political for some but I make no apologies.

I am appalled and disgusted at the cruel and inhumane treatment meted out by the Australian government to asylum seekers. Indefinite detention in appalling conditions for people who have committed no crime, no crime whatsoever, makes me ashamed of this country.

If you lived anywhere along the Gulf coast on August 29th 2005, you probably have your own Hurricane Katrina stories to tell. I lived in Mobile, Al., about 65 miles east of the eye's landfall. It was bad in Mobile, but my home sustained minimal damage and my biggest complaints were being without power for 9 days and the maddening noise of my next door neighbors generator. (which happened to be about fifteen feet away from my bedroom window.) We could all sympathize with the people of Mississippi and Louisiana. If you live along the Gulf coast long enough, it's not a matter of if, but when, you will experience a hurricane. I took these pictures on our first trip back to New Orleans after the storm. Coincidentally, it happened to be the exact one year anniversary of the storm. My wife and I were shocked to see the scope and the totality of the destruction. I know its cliche' to describe a scene as looking like a bomb went off, but I really can't think of a better description. Huge sections of the city were totally destroyed and still completely abandoned. It was easy to see why. There was nothing to return to. We've been back to New Orleans several times since I took these pictures, but we don't go nearly as often as we used to. Maybe I'm imagining it, but the place doesn't quite seem to have the same vibe. I'm hoping for the best for New Orleans on this ten year anniversary of hurricane Katrina. It's always been one of my favorite places.
