Now this the kind I am finding the most of... and the one I think might be a brown recluse. The shape of the body is about right, the color, the legs seem to be hairless - but I'm not getting close enough to see if they have six eyes or eight! (brown recluse have six) This one was waiting above the door in the entryway last night. I let him be and now he is gone... ewww.

During that time I’ve enjoyed the success of a busy diary and happy clients, and also times when bookings (and my bank balance) dried up. My journey towards building a successful coaching and speaking business over the past 10 years, including the highs and the lows, has highlighted one important secret not often discussed in textbooks or when training, and that’s how we play our own “inner game,” and win!!
As coaches, consultants and speakers, confidence, self-esteem, motivation, overcoming limiting beliefs, getting rid of gremlins, creating dynamic plans of action, etc are all tools of our trade. They are also what I call the “inner game,” a game our clients need to master if they are to achieve their true potential…and it’s also a game we need to learn how to play, master and win if we’re ever going to achieve the dream of building a brilliant and successful coaching, consulting or speaking business and living the quality of life you truly want.

Our first snow storm this winter. We flagged down this truck and asked if they would help by plowing our driveway. Unfortunately, they slipped off the driveway into the ditch and needed to get help from another truck to get out! We felt bad but they were so very nice about it!

Dissertations are the assignment assigned to scholars in their final year. It shows scholars' knowledge and understanding of a specific subject.
This is one of my helpers that lives in my studio.
This one is only about 30cm long not sure what type of lizard he is. You can see on his tail where he has lost it and grown a new one.
I have another lizard that lives out there as well but he never sits still long enough for me take its photograph and its MUCh bigger then this one!
