One time they were just like you...
Found in a box in the attic - when I first had this I was a "youth", now I am "the aged".

Now for a few doubles from the yurt. (And I swear this is the last time with this sign. I'm obsessed with it. I saw one out in the field yesterday up here on the Boise National Forest and slammed on the brakes so I could shoot it, but then remembered I already had, three times.)
Helper, Utah.
The small town of Helper, Utah grew as a mining and railroad town. The name Helper came from the extra engines which helped to push heavy rail cars full of coal uphill to the west. Helper was always a rough and tumble town and at one time had 17 brothels and 33 bars, all for a population which never exceeded a few thousand. Helper was wide open with a dozen good-sized hotels, each offering upstairs brothels and gaming activities.
The Hotel Newhouse stands as one of the survivors of that history.

This little one wanted to share in helping with bags!
To explain: The locals helped carry bags and beach things to the beach hut. This was not really necessary but it earned them a little and everything helps.
