Thank you to everyone who pauses long enough to look at my photo. All comments and Faves are very much appreciated
Not dangerous, deadly, toxic or breakable but delicate. Ironically, I don't think we have ever hand washed this piece of clothing with our hands.
HMM :)

Car door handle taken for Macro Mondays theme 'Handle'.
Not too sure about this one but it does have shape and form and possibly a bit of movement to it or am I just talking rubbish 😃
Taken for Macro Mondays - Handle (5/22/20)
STORY: This is the handle from my fraternity senior mug. The guy that ordered the mugs ordered these handles in error. We were a Christian fraternity. My wife covers up the handle with this ribbon from the kids. I've revealed some of the handle's glory for Macro Mondays. 6 photos stacked (my 1st attempt), glazed surfaces are tough to draw out details.
This interesting beer mug uses animal horns as handles. The horns complement the skull which is encased in a medieval style steel helmet.
The aluminum door handle was broken when we purchased the house and my repair with a homemade wooden handle has lasted 35 years.
This star, designed by Shuzo Fujimoto, has untypically shaped rays which make it look like the handle of an old tap. CFW 174 is a minor variant of CFW 133.
Instructions for this model can be found in Shuzo Fujimoto’s books:
* Twist Origami I (cfcorigami.com/books/twist-origami-1-neshirizheri-1), pages 13 (labeled “No 50”) and 26 (labeled “E9”) — just the base twist
* Twist Origami II (cfcorigami.com/books/twist-origami-2-neshirizheri-2), page 4 (labeled “50”) — just the base twist
* Invitation to Creative Playing with Origami (cfcorigami.com/books/invitation-creative-playing-origami-...), page 106 (labeled “24”) — just the base twist
* Twist Folds, ISBN 9784416312001, pages 40-41 — step-by-step instructions
These are door handles to St. Ignatius Chapel, located on the campus of Seattle University, in Seattle, Washington. This unique entry has doors of different sizes, with the handle on the left opening a smaller door and the handle on the right opening a much larger door. This apparently is based on a traditional practice of having a smaller door for everyday use and a larger door for ceremonial occasions.
Fresh from photographing my wife's late paternal grandmother's Cooky Press gadget last week, this week I shot the tobacco pipes that her maternal grandfather left behind. They are an interesting piece of decor, I think, as these are only three from the dozen or so we have on a display rack. You might argue they aren't really 'handles' because they aren't what a pipe smoker would actually hold the pipe by. And you'd have an excellent point which didn't dawn on *me* until I was writing this caption. Think of them as mouth handles, perhaps, and we're all good.
So because of ... circumstances, my flight was delayed to where I had to overnight at the airport. So, bored, and with a camera handy, I took some photos. Here are some results!
when life
gives you lemons
what do YOU do
when your shoulders
seem to be heavy
and no one can
help carry the load
when you mind
plays games
and you cant
find the directions
how do you H A N D L E it?
we often
get by on a wink
and a prayer
smoothing out
the highs and lows
allowing some
to pass without
notice
until it all slams
into you
head on
no warning
will you be prepared?
do you have the tools?
where is your safety
and who is your support...
we cannot do this alone
we are not designed to
our Creator is there
no matter what
and he will take
whatever you dish
He can handle it all.
This figure is based on her season 3 through 5 appearance.
I made her long lightsaber out of a Lego bar piece that was cut to size. Then I cut off the top of a lego lightsaber and sand it to the shape I wanted.
Her shorter lightsaber was made using a Lego lightsaber cut to size and sanded. I sculpted all the detail on the handles with Procreate.
For the blades I used one of Lego older trans green bar pieces for the short lightsaber, and used their newer green for the long one.
I sanded the torso to be flush with the hip piece and then I added some curves to give it a more feminine look.
The belts are made out of electrical tape. The belt buckle, two cylinders and the lightsaber clips along with the pouch on the back, were made out of procreate. The skirt and sash is made out of a clear vinyl material.
Her head tails or montral was made from an official Lego Ahsoka headpiece.
I sanded it and then sculpted it to look how it does now.
Her Padawan braid that is attached to her headband is just made out of some string.
I painted everything you see.
I spent a lot of time on this one so definitely let me know what you guys think of it!
