Monday woodworking,

Both pieces were made few years back, the cutting board is made with 2 type woods, Oak and walnut, the only reason I posted this so I can show the knife with lovely background,

This knife I made 10 years ago reshaped and honed the blade,

using this beautiful Cherry burl scales on the knife brought this antique to life,

Yes, those are the ubiquitous red mugs which appear in a lot of my photos from that time. Living across the street from Long Island Sound, even the hottest summer days were made more much more bearable by the cool salty breezes blowing through the screened-in porch.

A close-up of the well-used handles of tools in a woodworking workshop. I liked the warm red colour of the handles and the textures of the worn paint and wood.

I stopped by the farm today to tidy up the sheds. The animals have been staying inside more during this cold spell and making a mess. It was super bright outside, and I used a polarizing filter.
