We are in Bozeman, Montana. If I'm at home in Texas, I have no clear photographic view of the moon due to all the trees. Big Sky Country lives up to its name with the openness to simply look up and enjoy this amazing sight.

As mentioned previously I had lent my tripod to John, I wasn't overly bothered about getting the camera out but as the sky lightened I knew it would be a colourful dawn, probably the best of the year for me.....
The composition isn't the best but shooting handheld and having to adjust the grad at the same time proved too much for me!!

Handheld on a last minute walk/jog to let out some kid induced frustration, and got some fun low light shots from it. Feels like being in another land up on this hill, does not feel like it belongs in the Bay Area. TO be honest I've not really used the dehaze function in Lightroom but it really pulled a lot back from this shot in dim dusky light, give it a try!

I was reaching out through my longest lens to try and capture a woodpecker that I could hear from my upper deck. No luck with that. This bird flew over the house. The plane was returning in the dusk to a residential community attached to a general aviation airport about two miles from my house.
At this level of detail, when you look closely, you can see that this flower is far from a perfect specimen. The petals are torn and eaten in some places, the tips tattered and some color fading... but I feel like it's still the most beautiful thing in the garden.
As a point of illustration, women can be the same...
Nobody is perfect. Women will go crazy trying to be the model they see in movies and magazines. It's an illusion.
The fact of the matter is that every woman will have their flaws, their faults, their tattered edges - but to the men who truly love them, they will be the most beautiful girl in the world.
