Surprisingly, this came out very well. I also reversed the correction process doing the haze reduction first and then balancing the colors. It looks a bit better than the monopod mounted version.
This is a handheld shot taken at a slow shutter speed in the Redwood Forests, California. The sun was peeking in and out of the clouds and there was no time to setup a tripod
On our old cedar garden fence that needs to be taken down since in bad shape, built it 40 years ago. Taken through the eye hook that used to be used to fasten the gate shut. Something a bit different for fun.
