Found in Old Car City, USA. Located in White, Georgia on the 411 Highway. A massive junkyard in state of arranged decay where the cars are slowly being taken back into the earth.
I'm wanting to do a project where I reedit some older wedding photos I've taken and edit them in a style that's cooler toned (with lots of greens, magentas, blues.) Normally, I'm guilty of using warmer tones, but I LOVE cool tones that you see in films. I will use a 2.31 x 1 crop for these. I will also add a bit of grain for texture.

A portrait doesn't have to include the face of the sitter. An impromptu photograph taken in the Wellington pub while the subject was involved in conversation...
My first diptych. I was just testing out my new Photoshop, so I took pictures of my hands. I still have a few kinks to work out, obviously!
To give dimension, MC Escher's art provides shading and shadows, lit from below?
Omnidexterously* displayed...adding to the cleverness of the hands drawing cuffs. Links are outlined and hands drawing.

The hands of Mr 2 yr old X:
- love to stroke and cuddle kittens and rats ever so gently
- love to drive his cars around on tables, bookcases, computer desks and any other furniture he can reach
- love to quietly sneak a peppermint from Daddy's peppermint tins or squirt a quick spray of Daddy's aftershave to make the bedroom smell lovely
- love to explore (especially things he KNOWS he's not allowed to touch!)
- love to reach up for cuddles at random times
- love to find rubbish in the backyard to bring me to put in the rubbish bin
- love to feel the washing machine as soon as he's been allowed to push the "start" button, so he can feel the gentle vibrations as the machine starts to fill up with water
- love to draw and colour
- love to turn the pages (and occasionally rip them.. *sighs*) of any book he can touch to explore the words and pictures within
- love to squirt Mummy with the penguin squirter toy in the bath to make Mummy scream and laugh
and...
- they love to gently stroke his Daddy's face when he's sleepy and Daddy's leaned in for goodnight cuddles.
I love our little boy's hands!!
I rarely wear much jewelry or make-up but my engagement and wedding rings are a permanent adornment. Neither are worth much in financial terms but they are a symbol of my never ending love for my husband.
So when a lovely neighbour gives you a bowl of yummy food ... what to do? can't return the bowl empty, can't compete with that standard of cooking ... ...
Well - I might not be good at cooking but I can knit and, as they say, Life is just a bowl of cherries ... ...
from the book "100 Flowers to Knit & Crochet" by Lesley Stanfield ... not just flowers, there are some fruit & veg and a few insects too
The Cherries are approx life sized when made in a 4ply (sock wt) yarn - The leaf is the "small" one from the same book.
