There is an outdoor photo exhibition of Covid protected faces at Toronto Harbourfront. I often use existing art in my photos. Sometimes it feels like plagiarism, so I try to insert something of my own into the image. Toronto people can see this exhibit 'Portraits in COVID Times' until September 15, and the masked reality will be on the streets much longer.

For macro Monday’s theme “wavy lines”. I didn’t bring a ruler, so I took a photo of me holding the item and placed it in the first comment box. Okay, I’m in Punta Cana! We arrived yesterday so yeah, I’ll take photos to share later but probably won’t be on Flickr much this week. Oh, and if you zoom in, you’ll see a glimpse of me and our hotel room. I hope all have a fabulous week!
Sometimes
the shining flank
of a passing angel
rises through
the quiet winter woods,
theatrical and shy in its travel,
just a glimpse
of something a little
like God.

I am kind of infatuated with puddles...add some cobblestones and I am in LOVE! On my way to work I spotted this lovely little scene unfolding. Sometimes I feel like its a glimpse into my past....
