The great horned owl chicks are getting big and curious about everything now. They still do like their cozy nest and have not tried to sit on the edge of the nest or branch yet.
Is gourmet burger not kind of a contradiction. Surely the whole point of burgers is that they are fast and messy and you get to eat them with your hands.

We nicknamed this Brown Bear Cub "Shoulder Pads" for the wide natal ring around its neck. It's holding onto Mom's fur for dear life, but Mom doesn't seemed fazed by these efforts. Once this little spring cub got a grip on its mother's thick fur, it didn't want to get off and let its sibling get on. The other cub had to wait until the next day to ride on mom's back.
