I have started to get some of my girls ready for Halloween
I would like to get some outdoor photos of them......but that will depend on the weather!!!
Where I live we don't get frost very often. I remember the morning I took this photo as being very cold with no wind. The frost lasted until the sun hit the frosted surfaces and then it vanished immediately.

One of my all time favorite images, but it was always technically flawed due to low light noise and a bit of motion blur. Topaz Sharpen AI managed to rescue this to a much more usable version. I completely reprocessed this from scratch using modern Topaz and Adobe tools.
Snowy Egret Foothold

Among the most elegant of the herons, the slender Snowy Egret sets off immaculate white plumage with black legs and brilliant yellow feet. Those feet seem to play a role in stirring up or herding small aquatic animals as the egret forages.
Adult Snowy Egrets have greenish-yellow feet for most of the year, but at the height of the breeding season their feet take on a much richer, orange-yellow hue. The bare skin on their face also changes color, from yellow to reddish.
Hazel is being shorn in 12 hours, so this is as thick as her fleece will get. She's going to look much different tomorrow, and also will be more comfortable on warm days like today.
Tom and I stopped by Coffee Culture today and were mighty impressed by their muffins. Mine was chocolate chip and his was cranberry orange. Ooooh, yeah.
A new "location" for me as I have never managed to get a train at Alrewas, let alone anything other than a portrait of the signal box.
70814 passes with the Mountsorrel to Carlisle NY this morning - glorious day and great to get a shot of the train and box!!
This Russian Orthodox church is getting a bit of a facelift to keep up it's pristine look. Russian heritage is seen throughout this little town of Sitka,Alaska.
Slowly getting ready for rather big shop update :D
