Just makes it clear that my new camera's panorama mode has some... issues at the join points.

A dice game I picked up at our library book sale. It's a variation on Yahtzee, sort of, where you have to roll dice to get multiples, to fill up the levels of your pyramid in sequential order. So you need to roll three 1s, two 2s, and one 3, going up the pyramid, then three 4s, two 5s, and one 6. Then you do a U-turn and fill it in top to bottom, 6-5-4-3-2-1. The rules could be better written, it was needlessly overly complicated to figure out and we think there is one wrong diagram printed in the rulebook! (that directly contradicts the rule text printed after it). Sheesh. But once we straightened out how we were playing it, it's quite addictive. Each die has one side red, so you have a set of six red numbers possible on each throw, until you start filling in levels and have fewer dice to roll. If you roll a red number you can use it to automatically fill a row of the same number, eliminating the need to roll three or two of that number; or you can use the red roll to replace any completed row and get those dice back into play.

Class of 2013 Cadet Robert Reckner checks the progress of his Summer Leaders Seminar students while they explore the software at the Department of Military Instruction’s Warfighting Simulation Center. More than 500 rising high school students had the opportunity to shoot moving targets in the EST2000 simulation, and engage in computerized combat against each other using the America’s Army software. SLS is a weeklong program developed by West Point Admissions in 1976 for rising high school seniors to experience a week at West Point. It was originally designed to capture the academic experience for students but gradually covered the full spectrum—from the classroom to field training and athletics. During the weeklong session, students learn about West Point from cadet cadre, senior military leaders, instructors and coaches. More than 1,000 students will experience West Point this summer, from a field of about 4,000 candidates. More than 350 cadet candidates who attended SLS last year will return to the academy June 27 for Reception Day. Photo by Mike Strasser, West Point Public Affairs

An idea for a D&D gaming table. The raised glass area would allow players to keep their books, dice and character sheets below.

Three days after his final basketball game, Logan took the hill for the Alma Airedales, striking out 5 of the 9 batters he faced as the Airedales beat Pea Ridge, 2-1. It was the school's first win since 2018. Logan started 11 games during the team's dreadful 0-27 season (his freshman year) in 2019. Last season, they were 0-5 when COVID shut down the world. It's great to be back, and even better to taste victory!

The tokens from a 1950s Monopoly board game. They were introduced to represent British transport, military might, industry and history. They are: Sir Nigel Gresley’s Mallard, a Centurion main battle tank, a British motor bike, a Rover 75 car (the first car I ever owned), a bulldozer and Sir Francis Drake’s Golden Hind.

at patti and martin's. the chef, her son and i have been learning this game so we could play with the experts (pj and martin).

i won the first round (12's) then things went downhill. martin ended up winning but we only played a few rounds.

i am positive i would have won if we finished the game.

Thanks HBO for the throne and green background. Don't understand why someone would sit on it. It's pretty uncomfortable. Epic tough :)

The Gameboy camera is a Cartridge based camera for the Game Boy range. It allowed you to take 128x112 pixel pictures, edit them, and the by connecting a gameboy printer allowed you to print them out. It came in a variety of colours as did the gameboys. Here it is mounted on a special edition pokemon yellow and blue gameboy color.
