Introduced in 1977, Mattel developed this hand-held football game, with two modes of play where the 'bright' blip has to maneuver between the defending digital blips.

 

Not quite the Xbox or PS4 Madden football game, but pretty hi-tech for its time. (I wonder why I kept it all these years)
